Time after time the volume on this branch is horrendous, management must staff more tellers and bankers well knowing the shear amount of people that come in. 1 teller with 10 people on a line is unacceptable. That’s not considered customer service.

The associates are extremely rude and dishonest. They will speak to you without any regard to manners, and customer service. I will never patronize this financial center again. BOA should close down with bank because of the staff, or hire new staff altogether. The manger is the most selfish human being I have ever met.

I hope they will add staff since most of their banks are closed.. took us 30 minutes just to withdraw... theres only one teller and the line is so long. Seriously bank of america?

awful experience each time I go - no tellers - no matter what time you go, there's only one teller and the manager says the other one is at lunch, come on, at 10:00 a.m. - the manager always offers to walk you outside to use the atm - and you can't just stop by to ask a question - you have to make an apptmt - I have accounts at 2 other banks and the service is 500% better - I will be taking my money out of boa - they should just close the branch

I went to this location to simply cash a check and received some of the worst managerial customer service I've ever experienced! Dan the manager was cackling it up on the phone while there was a line of people awaiting a teller! Then Gaby (bank teller) calls him over to verify and approve the check amount (since I was not a BOA client) and he takes his sweet time to assist, to then only tell me that he can't cash my check because the owner of the account is new and hasn't written any checks before! WHAT?!??!! First, I knew that was a lie because the check numbers clearly indicated that there were other checks before these. Secondly, he should've taken the time to verify the account with the owner and get approval or offer me to open an account! But he did neither!! Except all he did was write RTM on my check (which in essence cancels out my ability to cash it) and dismiss me and tell me to "deposit it in your own account".

Took an appointment for 12:30pm. I arrived 5 minutes earlier but was made to wait for 35 minutes. With my wife, an overactive 4 year old and having to get back to work, this was not a happy wait at all. Finally the manager took pity on us and did the work for us. What was unethical was that they cancelled the appointment after I left the bank (with my work done) and prevented me from calling out the bad service. Hence this review. Two days later, the lawyers get back showing that the signature was done where the witness was supposed to have signed. Closing delayed. Will get the notarization from a ups store instead and rating bought down to one star.

Very nice big facility with two drive-up ATMs and one walk in ATM with more than enough parking in the back. They seem to be very well staffed and tentative for customers.
