I went to auto zone in woodbridge and encountered this gentleman named Noor. it was an amazing experience. He was extremely active, respectful, and resourceful.

We were stuck across the lot, Freddy the store manager went above and beyond to help us out to get the car started. Helped get us the battery and let us use tools to replace it in the parking lot.

Horrible customer service told me they had a part in stock. I asked them to check and they confirmed they had it. Once I got there they tried to say I didn’t give them the proper car info. I would never recommend this store to anyone.

Freddy is AMAZING. I (under poor advice) put too much oil in my engine and Freddy was my knight in shinning armor. He drained the oil for me to the perfect amount of quarts and helped me make sure my car was running well. This will be the only autozone I’ll be going to from now on, if I could put 10 stars I would. If corporate is reading this, Freddy deserves a raise and everything in the world

Excellent service and very knowledgeable staff! I called with a question about my tire pressure warning light. The person I spoke to educated me about what I needed to do. Everyone I have dealt with at this store is very service oriented. They are awesome!

Oil disposal containers are always full or they make an excuse. This happened twice at this location. What’s the point of buying oil form there when have to go to advanced auto parts or Napa near by to dispose it.

One of the best costumer service experience I’ve had in a long time. I needed help to return a faulty battery and staff, Woody was just exceptional! He exercised patience when I couldn’t find the receipt and made suggestion as well assisted with exchange and installation which such curtesy and care. Thanks Woody!
