I highly recommend the AT&T branch in Metuchen after having a great experience this evening. Not only did I have an exceptional experience, but I highly recommend the Manager, Mina Morgan. Mina's knowledge and expertise in the products & services that AT&T offers was impressive. He patently answered all of my questions and provided me with detailed explanations about different phone models, plans and features. His depth of knowledge was evident. Mina went above and beyond to ensure that I left the store satisfied with my purchase. He displayed excellent interpersonal skills. Overall, my experience with Mina at the AT&T store in Metuchen was outstanding. His knowledge, professionalism and dedication to customer satisfaction were truly commendable. I would highly recommend seeking his assistance for any AT&T related needs.

This is easily the best AT&T store I have experienced in NY/NJ area. The owner/manager/ operator is super helpful, friendly and honest dude. I love him. The staff is useful and helpful.I always get useful advice on upgrades and multiple lines are managed with ease and peace of mind. The work is done professionally on premise.Super highly recommend.

Mina, at the Metuchen AT&T location was an awesome tonight! We came in for help with a new phone and left with exactly what we wanted and an even better phone plan! He was polite, professional and patient with our needs and questions. We are truly grateful for his services and would recommend him to anyone in need of wireless services.

I had a terrible experience with this cellular store. They completely misled me into signing up for a postpaid cellular plan, promising it would be a better deal for my requirement. However, it turned out to be a nightmare. AT&T billed me more than double of what was initially agreed upon, and when I reached out to them to rectify the situation, my request was left unresolved.This cellular store's deceptive tactics and lack of customer service are beyond frustrating. Instead of saving money, I ended up paying more than triple of what I was initially offered. I would strongly advise anyone to steer clear of this store and find a more reputable provider that values their customers and their hard-earned money. This experience has left me thoroughly disappointed and dissatisfied.

I had a very bad experience. They made 3 new numbers without informing us. I had to pay almost $500 I never used service for any of the 3 new lines. They never refund any of our money. Stay far away.

Always get an amazing experience in this AT&T branch. Mina, our go-to customer representative handles our issues very patiently and gives us solutions that are very customer friendly.I had a major phone issue yesterday - (the whole week none of AT&T's branches helped me resolve this issue ) but he did in less than an hour.Giving 5 stars for this branch and Mina!

The go to person is ROSA in this place. she was excellent in listening and taking care of my whole family. She was even able to assist us transferring the data from all of our old phone. AT&T really needs to encourage talent like her. Thank you Rosa.

This AT&T store is located across from the space formerly occupied by Biggby Coffee in Metuchen. It has wraparound windows facing Middlesex Avenue, but the entrance is on the side. The store is typically staffed by only one person (usually Rosa or Mina), which is reasonable given how little traffic it gets. I came for a SIM card and was in and out in 5 minutes. If staff is already with another customer, you'll either have to wait, come back later, or go home and google the solution yourself (recommended).For the amount of square feet this location has, I was expecting more stuff but there is a lot of empty space inside. There are no community tables, and this location has far fewer merchandising displays than other AT&T stores I've visited. The far wall has accessories and displays for Samsung and Google devices. The area to the left of the entrance is partially blocked off with a makeshfit wall of iPhone displays, making me wonder if this space was designed as an office or something else before AT&T moved in.

Excellent manager at this location! Went there with a problem that no one at another store could fix, nor could the phone support staff figure it out. The manager knew exactly what to do and fixed the problem in minutes. I had been dealing with it for days and he solved it quickly. Man, what a difference it makes when dealing with a true pro.

Worked with Mina and had a pleasant experience; had Verizon prior and couldn’t get proper service and had a very high bill . My wife is going to join AT&T today ! Very happy so far . BTW tried T Mobile it was a nightmare!

I switched from Verizon to first net and was promised a lower bill of approx 40-50 dollars a month, which was reasonable. Come to find out my bill only went from 50 to 60 to 70 to 87 dollars a month, more than what I paid at Verizon. When they itemize your bill it only gets more confusing. The reps from att were hit or miss, some offered help and most couldn't even tell me what my bill would end up being monthly. The owner of this att, *Mina mislead me and every time i asked for help about the bill he'd only reassure me in a brief 2 min interaction that it would get lower but it never did, it's been over a year now. All those phone calls to att and all that driving just to find out if a deal is too good it's not real. No such thing as a good deal.
