I just moved my belongings from another storage place who raised my rates by $175 every six months: the place was filthy, full of mice, bugs, and they never had any carts near doors, etc. I switched to Access and am saving $600 month, its super clean, bug free, mice free, with 24/7 surveillance cameras. I feel safe and my belongings are safe and clean. The staff is super nice, helpful, caring, and protective of me and my things. I'm so happy I made the switch to Access.

I just would like to take the time to say the ladies at the office have been nothing but amazing help! Keeping it Real...
The two major factors based on my experiences short-lived here was:
(1.) Front desk ladies low energy & enthusiasm on assisting me, particularly with this awful lock ? opening, closing & trying to get it well aligned. The list gets longer. (2.) Entering & exiting the gates felt uncomfortable: scratched the paint off my vehicle & when exiting the premises, we're luckly if that gate that looks like a tall NYC craine doesn’t cone crashibg on top of our vehicle. Uncomfortable & extremely distressful experiences.

Was able to put my stuff in the storage like any other storage. Damages occurred with mold i guess because it was an outside unit had to disguard half of my things. so I would not recommend putting things here for long periods of time and if you do confine it well. Must make a note of where the Dropbox for the ? is at for future customers.
