The Indian Lady in the front she is very Rude she told me that I checked the iced coffee machine too much when one time I bought the iced coffee and I was nasty it was rotten coffee she told me I'm the only one here so I can assist you come back later after 1 she refused to take care of me when I was trying to buy 2 slices of pizza she is very rude and nasty people like this should get fired they don't deserve to be working in the store she refused to show me the pizza when I had the money

Worst customer service I have ever experienced in Iselin town. That old bald guy at the cashier was pathetic and mannerless. He doesn't even value the customer and instead teaching me how to communicate. From next time I wouldn't go to this 7-eleven ever not I would recommend anyone go to this location. Rather I would go somewhere elss.

**DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE USING DOORDASH.** They list items showing a higher quantity or bigger size with a matching picture to get you to pay more. Then they send a lesser quantity knowing doordash will only give a 2 cent refund. I dont know who’s worse in this case, door dash who allows it and does nothing about it or 711 for misleading people for an extra dollar or 2. The first couple times it happened i thought it was just honest mistakes, but after the 3rd time on 3 different items its confirmed they’re doing this purposefully. Especially considering it only seems to happen with them.,

Went into the location today and there was three people in the store without a mask, Two was at the register in front of the cashier and the other one was walking around the store covering his face from time to time with the shirt he was wearing which barely covered his face. Please talk to this establishment regarding the Governor’s orders. Yes there are signs (not enter without a mask) but obviously the employees need to enforce the policy. We all have to be safe and if anyone decides not to wear a mask is there own business but please keep others safe.

I bought a JUUL Device from the store. The device does not work and I want to exchange, the clerk said 'No' because I opened the package already. I told him if I did not open it how do I know if it work or not. So I put the transaction in dispute to get my money back.
