Tried this place for the first time today. Arrived there on a Wednesday night 45 mins before closing. Got the $50 package. Car was sparkling clean on the exterior. Interior, they did miss a few corners with the vacuum and a few corners still has a small speck of dust on the dashboard. However, when I told the gentleman, he was quick to grab the rag and give it another wipe, and another quick vacuum. The floor mats were cleaned nicely. I am sure I will come back when I am in the area again.

Disappointing experience with VIP Carwash today. Firstly, they charged me 45 despite having the groupon voucher. Some madeup ground of flushing out oil. Secondly, they left scratches on entire car body. Interior vaccum and wiping was extremely poor. Finally, the people are rude and aggressive. Dont go to VIP Carwash - they treat customers as if they are doing a favor.

I’ve had a few car washes here which turned out great. Went for an oil change today and the employee named Moe was incredibly kind and gave me a discount. Very happy with the service!

Good basic car wash. I get the cheapest $11 wash just for the outside of the car and am satisfied. Convenient location as well.

Amazing option for car wash. Membership available to set a good routine for car wash. The employees are really nice.
Just went again. The effort is really great. They clean the cars with effort and attention to detail as per the price. I recommend the Diamond tier car wash. Really nice and they take their time.

Total ripoff and a scam. You only get the pricing on their website if you, and I quote, “show it to the cashier first”. So the price on their site that is advertised as $10 off only applies if you show the cashier first. It’s not the money, it’s the principle. I have been coming here for years, Will not come back.

Stopped in for an oil change and got Mobil synthetic for a competitive price and got a nice wash. I was in and out in 30 min.

I have a membership with this establishment. For the last 4 visits in April 2024, they have consistently forgotten to vacuum the copilot seat. Despite informing the staff multiple times, the seat remains dirty.

Car wash was terrible. My car was still dirty. Gone to much cheaper car washes that were so much better dont waste your money!

pricey and cars not as clean . paid over $26 for an exterior wash PLUS ARMOR on my tires only. they forgot the armor shi* and left dirty spots. i left 3stars bc ive been here 3xs, and the first 2xs were detailing, and they did a decent job . and now since the pandemic, idk what's going on, but i was NOT satisfied at all. im omw back (waist gas) to get this tire shine stuff done. VERY DISAPPOINTED.
