Spelled name & city wrong, didn't clean fingernails. Corrected name but not in 3 newspapers. Said a feature wasn't available, then upon pressuring 2 days later said it actually had been available but now is too late. Prepaid so they weren't worried about professionalism.

Always delicate to review a funeral home. Was there for a wake. Plenty of parking, convenient parking and was greeted upon entrance. Warm atmosphere.

I never thought i would ever be leaving a review of a funeral home we used for my mother but i have to say that my entire family was very pleased. I can honestly say that we do not have a single complaint. The parking by the church was a problem for some but that cannot be held against Kohlers and it was a crowded funeral. They were very attentive and when we had someone arrive late they were very accommodating with letting them in even though we needed to get to the church. They helped us through the process and there was no hard sell pitch at all. They were kind and we were concerned that because of illness we would have to have a closed casket but we were assured they could make our mother look lovely and they did. thank you. i would recommend them.
