Just wanted to say that my experience with Yasmine at the pharmacy was very pleasant. She is what customer service should be! Courteous, sweet, alert to detail, caring, and accurate. Yasmine should be commended for her customer service.

The phone service forces you to leave a message. There is NOT WAY to get in contact with a representative.
We are all busy trying to make a buck. Not all of us have the ability to answer calls. When you,CVS, has the time to reply.

I went in tonight to get balloons for my daughter’s birthday and this young man that was at the register by himself was just so nice and emits such positive energy that I can’t help but make this comment. Tonight is July 6, 2024 at 9:32pm. Whoever you are manning the register tonight, keep it up! I hope you will go far. Often when i go there people just look miserable, tonight was different. This kid is special. Give him more $$ CVS.

Pharmacy service is truly awful and rude. I constantly have to call them or the doctor’s office to figure out what’s going on with my prescriptions. My prescriptions are never ready when they say they’ll be ready. I don’t understand why they can’t get it together but it’s happened numerous times.

Clueless and not helpful. This is the only drugstore that requires me to be the liasion between them and the doctor's office. What has happened to customer service. I am so frustrated with this location and their endless automated service that get you nowhere.

This place sucks!!! I go to pick up a prescription for my son, the pharmacist says it will be about 20 minutes. No problem, I bought a couple of other items and waited in my car for the time to pass. I go about 15-20 minutes later, the pharmacy gates are down. The entire pharmacy staff is out to lunch at the same time!!! Why the hell would you not say you're all going to in 15 minutes and to come back afterwards. And why the hell would you all go to lunch at the same time and not leave someone there to serve the drop offs and pickups? Makes no sense.

It’s a regular cvs but very clean, great friendly staff, will def recommend and visit again for general pharmacy needs!
