Skip is a passport professional - he knew everything inside and out and was creative and helpful taking photos of one year olds. Post office workers knew many customers by name. Friendly vibe. Would recommend.”
“This was the first Post office that actually got me in and out with no problem. The supervisor lady at the window was nice and helped me with everything I needed. Much appreciated”
“It's a local Post Office. With all the challenges and features of most that I have visited (Rocky Hill, West Windsor, Lawrence, etc.). Sometimes there is a wait, but the line seems to move reasonably well. I think they do a good job.”
“I recently visited the USPS location in Bordentown and let me tell you, it was a rollercoaster of emotions - but in the end, it was worth it!First off, a big shoutout to Robby, the clerk who went above and beyond to help me out. You see, I had previously booked an appointment at another USPS location, but the clerk there was about as helpful as a paperweight. They rudely told me that the passport personnel was not in and that there was nothing they could do - talk about a dead end! But Robby, on the other hand, was a beacon of hope. He accommodated my appointment and saved the day. He's the hero we all need but don't deserve. And the teamwork at this USPS location is just top-notch. While Robby was helping me, another clerk jumped in to assist the next customer - talk about efficiency! I don't think I've ever seen such a well-oiled machine. To top it all off, the whole process took less time than it takes me to make a cup of coffee - and trust me, I take my coffee seriously. In conclusion, if you're in need of some postal services, look no further than the USPS location in Bordentown. With Robby and the gang, you'll be in good hands.”
“Great service in this post office. Been going to this post office for 20 years. I sent all of my business mail through them and the packages get to their destination quickly. One package I sent regular mail and was received in the West Coast within 2 days.”
“Everyone at this Princeton Junction Post Office have been so helpful and extremely nice and understanding of my special needs adult son with Autism . We went twice for his passport application. Wonderful experience .”

213 Carnegie Center Dr, Princeton“A lot of these reviews are on either the USPS system/processes in general or just the building amenities. I think it’s important to highlight the people working here too:Had to get our 3 kids (ages 9, 7, and 4 months) passports submitted (including having pictures taken here) - Keidra was super nice and patient. If you have her helping you with your passports you’re in good hands! ?”

347 Georges Rd, Dayton“I am a snail mail lover! I love to both send and receive letters and packages. Having just moved to Dayton at the beginning of the pandemic, it took awhile before I actually went to this post office. I was ordering stamps etc online.I have been to many post offices in my 58 years and this one is a gem! I cannot understand how this has such low reviews??? The staff are top notch, friendly, helpful, organized and kind! They have every priority mail supply you could want and the line moves swiftly. They are serious about Covid prevention and I really appreciate that. I can't think of a single complaint. Thank you for your service! Two years later UPDATE! This remains a wonderful, helpful PO! I think people should try being a little considerate and try kindness, you will find that you will be treated the same in return.”
“I'm always getting a great service by Zachary. Very nice and professional! I was sending an E-ZPass tag without rapping it with the special foil. Thanks to Zachary, I saved stupid money ? spent in tolls!!!”

“I visited this post office recently. There was a line, but it wasn't long and it moved quickly. The service was also friendly. Had to write this because of all the negative reviews, my experience here was fine.”
“Fine service and no line when I was there today. Would appreciate customer forms outside the secure area for when the service area is closed. Our letter carrier is the best.”
“I wish I could give them a 10 out of 5!Absolutely the BEST usps office I’ve been to. It is tiny but it has everything you need. The staff is super helpful and patient. If you want to mail the passport renewal application, you HAVE TO choose this USPS office. They know a LOT about this and will give you tons of help. BEST experience with the mailing office EVER.”
