I waited a long time to leave a "Review" about Akula automotive and the dishonest cheat Mr. Brandon Kovacs.Here goes....I personally knew Brandon for over 15 years........and as he was screwing me over he did it with his "I'm a Christian" speech on repeat .Take my word, he is a snake that hides behind religion .Take all your business elsewhere folks........For Brandon:You don't need religion to have a good moral compass. You however need religion to make up for your poor morals.How about just paying me the money you owe me?Or are you going to cheat another "friend"?I know the list of people you scammed is long and I'm just another name on it now......However, I will not remain silent any longer.Just pay me what is owed you snake.

Car battery failed and mechanic was very hesitant to honor the warranty. Very painful experience.Edit:This review is left after the second call to this mechanic regarding the car battery. I went before to him once to replace the battery under warranty after experiencing persistent battery failure. I left the car all day and did not get the battery replaced. Then I called again after experiencing again battery failure hoping he will agree to replace it without having to leave it all day after all that pain but he insisted to have to leave the car all day again. That is way too painful!!I am adding photos of the battery that did not get replaced by the mechanic on the first visit. I had to leave the car for the entire day to perform battery test before replacing it under warranty. Despite the1. aparent initial conditition of the battery2. Failing one of the tests done one the battery3. Failing again after leaving his garage4. Calling the mechanic to give a chance to maybe consider replacing it and not having to leave the car yet for another entire dayThe mechanic was hesitant to replace it and insisted to perform an all day testMy experience has never been like that (having to keep the car in shop for the entire day) in replacing a battery that clearly is not functioning under warranty.Maybe the mechanic is doing what he is supposed to do but I'm communicating my experience and there are tons of other options out there where customers do not have to go through all that pain to honor the replacement

Had a coolant leak on my way home from work. Akula towing was friendly and experienced with towing my car home. I wouldn’t hesitate to use or recommend his services. And once home, akula took a quick peak and instantly noticed my coolant problem and gave some advice on how to fix the problem.Service: Auto water leak repair

Was Racially Profiled by the Driver. Called them up on a Friday to get my car Towed From Copart in Trenton NJ to Bath Pa. Was told it will be $450 and can get it done Following Tuesday. Monday got a call from them asking if i still wanted to schedule the pick up.Was told it would be $500 plus whatever the storage fees at copart.I was like,you guys said $450 on Friday plus the Copart fees.They said the Diesel price went up on the weekend.I was like,I will call you back in a few. Called them back and gave them the address. Keystone Ct in Bath Pa. I get a call on Tuesday from the tow truck driver,that he’s about to drop my car off at the Apt Complex.I told him i have a single home and where are you.He says Keystone Avenue in Bethlehem.And goes on to say,thats the address i gave him,I said No,its Bath and not Bethlehem. He goes on to Say to me,That English is a Tuff language and he couldn’t understand my Accent. Now even with a bad Accent you cant mess up Bath and Bethlehem. You pay $550 to them and they go ahead and Racially Profile me. Never doing Business with these Racist people again
