Place oder 4 days in advance for delivery as a surprise. On the day of delivery every time I called it was busy or they hung up. The surprise was ruined because the person had to pick up their arrangement. Tried to support the small business glad. I didn't go through 800 Flowers and paid all those extra fees for poor service.

Not happy with the flowers that they sold me on Valentine's day. Flowers looked fresh when they were purchased, but 1 day later they looked very "tired"
