The pharmacy used to be great but over the last 2 months you can never get through on the phone no matter what time you call.. you stand in line or in the drive through for 25 minutes minimum.. and for the second time.. I only received one of my “ready” prescriptions.

Ever since the Springside Rd one closed-A very good one,.. we've had to use the one on 130-A living hell.. In every facet of trying to get a prescription filled... We're going to go to CVS-A horrible pharmacy, but NOT as bad as this one...

The pharmacy is extremely slow whether you go through the drive through or inside. You can never get in and out no matter what time of the day. They need to work on a better system to assist customers. My review is after multiple times of coming here.

Alexia and Jem were a great help. we went there for passport pictures and were having a hard time uploading the pictures for a passport Application. we literally had to go back to Walgreens 3 times to get these pictures re taken and i had to even bring my laptop in the store to ensure the pictures would pass the passport compliance before leaving the store. These ladies were phenomenal. They were very patient with us and never got upset at any point. Jem went as far as even letting us use her hotspot to access the internet. Now that is what you call an extra ordinary employee. Going above and beyond. spectacular customer services

I was really disappointed when this past month of May I went to the pharmacy to buy some medicine for my son and and some other staff and when I got to the cashier the total went over the money that I had, then I told the cashier to take out two staff from purchasing list and he got mad just because of that and then he started to throw all my staff out of my purchasing bag and started scanning all over again and throwing back with attitude all my staff back to the bag I felt really sad because of his attitude and his manner and I was looking to the "Camara" on the pharmacy roof I hope the Camara got that moment I was really sad I never Though this would be like this at Walgreens so sad.

Had to take my husband to the ER yesterday and received a prescription. They sent it to be filled at the Walgreens in Willingboro NJ. We got there at 5pm on a Saturday and they were closed. Apparently, they are closed Saturdays. This is outrageous! So, my husband remained in excruciating pain all night because he couldn't get the antibiotics he needed to find comfort. I will not be going here again. I will not be recommending this Pharmacy. I will ask my doctors to choose Rite Aid or CVS. In addition, they always seem like they are going out of business, with lack of staff and low inventory. Go elsewhere and don't waste your time.

Only one cash register open. I was informed of this, after I finally asked. The line went from 3, to 11 in bout 30 seconds. I appreciate the help from the person standing in front of a non working register. I hope your nails are good. Thanks.

The most unreliable pharmacy that ever existed. Every time you need them, they're close. Closed on the Weekends, closed early regardless of time posted, closed for lunch during the day, doesn't open until 10AM!...this TIME - closed early for fourth of July FROM THURSDAY TO TUESDAY?! unacceptable and inconsiderate to the community. There were countless times my doctor sent a script that I couldn't pick up because they were CLOSED. Finding another pharmacy that is more reliable ASAP... maybe CVS or Rite Aid.....

First time here and had a very good experience. Especially compared to the disaster of the franchise located 5 miles away.The pharmacy was great and had my prescription from my north Jersey doctor ready in one hour. Then I was trying the find a specific item in the store and the young lady walked me over to the exact area. I found the brand but couldn’t find the exact item I wanted. Then a gentleman employee walked over to help me look. Unbelievably nice of him. They just didn’t have it. He apologized for not having it! Omg nobody’s ever said that to me before. Very impressed. Thank you. Hope your manager reads this.

Scary,Called the manager to let him know that someone stole my identity and a package from FedEx was ready to pick up by someone else. His response: "if your credit card already gave you the money back why u r worry about someone else taking it!". Thus, I drove there and file a complaint with the police for identity theft & make them my witness that I never order the item & that it was not my intention to pick up the package.The manager (in front of the police) said: "why you do not take the package (iPad) with you since it is free". Then my answer: "that is stealing too because the credit card already refunded it me".THERE ARE NOT MORAL VALUES THESE DAYS! TOO SAD!!!!
