“Kudos to pharmacy tech Tanisha who is ALWAYS professional, knowledgeable, engaging and polite. I’ve watched Tanisha under pressure and her demeanor NEVER changed. Rite-Aid should hire more people like Tanisha in all departments OR give Tanisha the responsibility of training new hires. I look forward to interacting with her. I met Tanisha when she began working at a Rite Aid closer to my home. That Rite Aid closed and Tanisha moved to the Willingboro location. I followed her. She is exceptional!! Btw…Jason, the store manager, greeted me with a stone face, expressionless, braced, I think, for an onslaught of negativity. He warmed up and even smiled and agreed as I spoke about Tanisha.? I truly hope someone in the corporate office takes notice of and rewards this young woman.”

“Alexia and Jem were a great help. we went there for passport pictures and were having a hard time uploading the pictures for a passport Application. we literally had to go back to Walgreens 3 times to get these pictures re taken and i had to even bring my laptop in the store to ensure the pictures would pass the passport compliance before leaving the store. These ladies were phenomenal. They were very patient with us and never got upset at any point. Jem went as far as even letting us use her hotspot to access the internet. Now that is what you call an extra ordinary employee. Going above and beyond. spectacular customer services”

“I had a great customer service experience at CVS. When I entered the store, I asked where the nasal strips were located. The person behind the counter said, “Aisle 9 on the right.” Unfortunately, I didn’t see them there so I thought that they were out of them. I was wrong. He then came from behind the counter and went directly to them and pointed them out.I appreciate his knowledge and friendly service.”
