I took it to the xfinity store where it was purchased, spent a lot of time on the phone with Samsung support and a regular computer fix shop. Finally ending up in IBreakufix. “I went to the store to pay my bill and to remove the Internet from my iPad. In order to remove the Internet from my iPad I had to pay the iPad in full, which means I did not get the discount or the half price that I was promised when I purchased the iPad in January. When I add up $20 Internet fee and the $12 cost for the iPad, in the end I would have paid over $1000 for an iPad. So I probably saved myself like at least $400 by just going on and paying the iPad off. Next time I will definitely read the fine print.”

I had just broke my phone and didn't know what I was going to do. I was limited on money and time. Ozzy found a way to alleviate my cell phone trouble.
The other staff inside the store were very courteous and helpful to me as well.
I normally ask a lot of questions about my devices prior to purchasing them. I had every question answered without attitude and to the best of everyone's knowledge in the store.
