“I had to get my fingerprints done here for work. This is the second or third time I've been here for prints this time was fantastic! I had Michelle today and I was in and out. I've never had prints done so effortlessly before. The last two times I was here the other woman was sweet but it took a bit to get the prints right. Not Michelle, she is definitely the best”

“I had a fingerprinting appointment that started with a hitch because the company didn't send the code in my email. Jimmy stepped up right away and was so very helpful and genuinely friendly. He made sure I was able to complete the process correctly from beginning to end. I was very appreciative of his help.
While I was there, quite a few customers came in. Jimmy greeted all of them in a welcoming manner and seemed to know many by name. Clearly, he cares about the business and his customers. “There was inclement weather and the other local UPS stores all closed early without updating their voicemail or updating Google which you can do temporarily if you close early for the day. Very unprofessional on behalf of the other locations. This store remained opened and answered the phone when I called. They said of course they would be open normal hours until 7:30 p.m. Angela was extremely helpful and I thank them for everything they did to help get my package out. Even though this location is a little out of my way, I will make sure to use them in the future. I will be avoiding the other three locations that didn't bother to update their voicemail or Google.”
