Spencer was very friendly and trustworthy. Met him by appointment at his store/warehouse, got a new tv at a great discount price, he even helped me move it because it wouldn’t fit in my car. Highly recommended!

I cannot rave enough about Spencer. I came all the way from Delaware just based on his reviews and Let me tell u, he came through for me and then some. It was too good to be true and so I Had a lot of skepticism because of the runaround that I got from two of the popular repair places here such as CD Joe Who told me once I got the 75 inch TV all the way to his shop that it would be a few weeks before he even looks at the TV. Who wants to go a few weeks without their TV? But I’m happy CD Joe did say that because that’s how I came across Spencer . Spencer had my tv ready within an hour, and he cared very much that we came all the way from Delaware. He helped us pack it in a box that we did not bring with us just to ensure that we got it back to Delaware safe. To say that he went over and beyond is an understatement. Not only is he a good businessman, but he is a good person. He took the time to care, and nowadays, that is very rare. I cannot thank him enough. I pray his business to have much prosperity. We need places like this to stay around.

Spencer is fantastic. We had an outdoor TV that blew a circuit. Spencer was assigned to the case. He communicated very effectively, worked with us to find convenient times, and was able to complete the repair in less than 30 minutes. Would absolutely use again for service/repair.
