I took my suit here for dry cleaning and alterations in August. They never dry clean or altered my pants that I had already paid for. I took it back 3 weeks later and the owner called me accusing me of bringing in a entirely different suit to be cleaned and altered. Call me a liar over the phone and never provided the service or a refund. If you can go somewhere else!

I've been going there for about 2 months now for alterations. they are very skilled and I'm very satisfied with everything they've done for me. She did some alterations on my leather clothing and it was exceptional work!

First time here, so I can't speak to repeat business, but I didn't see anything like what the other reviewer mentioned. I went in on a Tuesday, asked if they could alter and clean my suit by Friday, and got an affirmative. The lady running the place did seem a little hesitant to actually measure me, instead just asking me what my measurements were, but when I said I'd like to get fitted for the hem, there was no issue. She took the measurements, then TOLD me the measurement (I'm a 32 suit inseam, LADIES....), then told me anytime after Thursday I could pick up. I went back late afternoon Thursday, and was greeted by two friendly pugs/lhasa apso/mutt dogs, and got my suit and shirt, no muss, no fuss. The cost was $26, and I have NO idea if that's high/low/industry standard, but I paid and left with no problems. The man and woman in there are very nice, and I wouldn't have any qualms about going back. I'm just not much of a dry clean type of guy.
