Trusted and Personable thi pharmacy has been nothing short of excellent. Frankly I get the best care I can get here. I get all my shots here, never have to wait and the pharmacist knows me and I know him….none of the problems I had with CVS, Walmart, Walgreens, Riteaid.

East Park Pharmacy has been my go-to pharmacy for years. This is a local pharmacy, not a chain; and it shows through the concern, compassion, and professionalism exhibited by the folk who work there. Love it!

We have been going to East park for over 10 years. I have a handicapped daughter who is always in pain. They have always answered any questions I have over the meds for years. It's nice to go somewhere that helps you when you just need over the counter stuff too. Thank you for all the years of service.

THIS IS UNBELIEVABLE, READ 'til the end! I've been using East Park for 20 years, and my mother before that for decades. And for the most part, it has been a good experience. UNTIL YESTERDAY. I called to get two scripts refilled and delivered. It started with a new woman answering the phone. When I asked when the delivery would take place, it took several attempts for me understand what she was trying to say, as "I'll be there an hour at two" made no sense. It was noon. Finally, I made it into a sentence which she confirmed, she would be there in the hour after 2. I have a video doorbell, but I keep the sound off on my cell. I happened to pick up my phone, and saw a notification that someone was at the door. I looked and there was a Very big woman standing there, maybe 6 feet tall? I tell her I know she's there, but that didn't heard a doorbell. I get there, and this large, towering woman is there, I open the door. I figure I better make sure she knows what to do for next time. I say, "why didn't you ring the doorbell?" She points to the front door of the house around the corner, and says rudely, "I did ring the bell." ( I wonder how big that chip on her shoulder is?) The instructions have always been, including our previous discussion, to come to the side door and ring the regular bell on the door jam. There's a sign on the front door saying deliveries to side door. My other half works at night, and had been trying to sleep, she woke him up. "OK.. let's review. Here is the doorbell you need to ring." She tried to push it, with a serious attitude, and these super long nail salon nails. She couldn't ring the bell because her nails prevented it. She says, "See? it doesn't work." I push it and it works just fine. I suggest maybe she carry a pen or pencil with her for such things in the future. I ask her to give me my prescriptions, I hand her a tip, and close and latch the door quickly, glad to end our contact. Her whole approach was menacing and frightening. Then she starts banging on the glass door with her hand over and over again, "Open the door! Open the door!" I reply, I am not going to open the door, and tell her to go away. She bangs it some more, and finally says, "I'm leaving it on the step." I wonder what. I wait until she is almost to the curb and I open the door. She had broken off a piece of my video doorbell. Fortunately, I was able to get it back on. I closed and locked the door lest she return. I was frightened and shaken. ALL TO GET MY PRESCRIPTIONS! I came back into the main house, locked up, and counted my blessings that things had not gotten physical from her. I had an asthma attack. AND THIS HAPPENED.... I thought for a while about whether I should call the pharmacy to tell them how I had been treated so menacingly by this new girl. I decided they should know. Liability and all that. So a while later I called. I told the female pharmacist, Davel, what happened, and said I didn't want her deliver anything to me in the future. She responded that she didn't "think that would be an issue". A couple of hours later, Hirin, the head pharmacist called. I thought, well, this is so professional, he's calling to apologize for her awful behavior. NOT!! INSTEAD, HE ASKED HAD I GOTTEN MY MEDICATION. I SAID YES. AND HE SAID.. (HOLD ON... ) "GOOD, BECAUSE YOU HAVE TO FIND A NEW PAHARMACY IN THE FUTURE." He had no interest in ANYTHING I had to say. He said, "everyone loves [her] and we aren't going to be your pharmacy anymore." OMG! One can only imagine how hard it is to find help that holding onto someone who will certainly behave like this with other customers, since it is clearly how she is, is more important than retaining a long-standing customer and her family. NEVER in all my life have I been afraid to accept a delivery from anyone, anywhere! But this woman deliberately and intentionally scared the living daylights out of me. And if she did

I went to east park pharmacy for a covid test. I would not recommend this pharmacy for covid test. Remember your life depends on them for CORRECTLY giving correct result and understanding what the 4 factors in test mean . The person ( pharmacist) did not know . Also rude and combative. In writing this review I took in account how covid is affecting how businesses are coping and I am sensitive to this but being rude and argumentative is not acceptable. I simply choose to take my business somewhere else

A great family-owned Pharmacy with culture of customer service. Always pleasant and efficient. They are quick to get refill approval when needed. The times I've needed a special order, they let me know exactly what to expect. The drive-thru is not fancy. The service at the window is much faster compared to Walgreens down the street. Highly recommend East Park!
