Regarding Chase Representative KELYN, she is the best of the best. For all the years I had dealt with banking, I have never had somebody like Kelyn. She is the embodiment of kindness, efficiency and honesty. I truly wish all the people that I have dealt with were like her! She goes out of her way to help you the best she can. Without counting hours. She should be commended and I would not hesitate to recommend her to anybody for any banking needs and MORE.

The staff, Tslima and whomever answers the phone are very unprofessional, abrupt, curt with very nasty attitudes. How they got hired is beyond me. Go to a Chase in a better area such as Mount Laurel or Cherry Hill, they are so much more pleasant. Avoid Chase Willingboro at all costs, they should close down or hire employees with better training. Very low brow, will never return.

I had a meeting with Tslima today and she was so nice and professional. She took the time to go through all of my concerns and I did not feel rushed at all.After our meeting, when she saw me waiting on line for a teller to deposit, she told me about how chase atms accept deposits using google pay. I feel that overall she went above and beyond, thank you Tslima!!!

Today my husband & I needed to get some important paperwork notarized. We stopped at the local Chase office & was greeted by the manager who immediately referred me to the Supervisor Faith. Not only was she welcoming, friendly but she made us feel so comfortable when we were already dealing with a stressful situation. I recommend this bank to all the locals in our community. Opened a checking account for my business. They took all our information and opened the account. After a few weeks they froze the account without notice. When asked why they said they needed a copy of one of the signers social security cards. Which we did not have as it has been misplaced in the 70 years since it was issued. Even requesting a new ss card from the goverment states that you do not need to show the physical card any longer. They would not unfreeze the account without the card which will take months to receive. Meanwhile all the checks and payments written from the account are being declined.

Today at 9:40 on 04/06 I visited this Brand new location with brand new workers who don’t have any idea what they are doing in Bank. I wanted to notarize the Affidavit form for the DMV. But first I met with one of the Wells Fargo location assistants, but they redirected my to my card bank location. I already had experience with notarizing with bank. The person on front named FHTH met me inside the Chase and gone to ask from supervisor of that location (Kyle) if they able to notarize anything. But supervisor came up to me to say to leave to other notarizing services due to they only notarize Chase staff. After all the disappointment, I found the other Wells Fargo bank and they did it to me in couple minutes. Long story short I lost my 2 hours with working with new Chase location. Please pay attention and try to work with your workers.
