THE MANAGER WAS UNCOOPERATIVE IN HANDLING OUR PERSONAL AFFAIRS. HE MAY HAVE HAD SOME CONCERNS, BUT HE CHOSE TO NOT DO ANYTHING, AND SO LEFT US HANGING IN LIMBO. IT WAS VERY DISAPPOINTING!!!!! I SPOKE TO A CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE, WHO WAS VERY KIND AND HELPFUL FROM PRIOR INTERACTIONS, TO PUT IN A GOOD WORD FOR US, BUT SHE CHOSE TO IGNORE AND TOLD US TO DEAL WITH THE MANAGER. THAT AGAIN,,,,,WAS VERY DISAPPOINTING. We solved our issue by going over the manager's head. I have since discovered that another branch offered better service and is more pleasantly welcoming.

Faith was so helpful by helping me get a new debit card. The branch was very busy today but she went out of her way to get me a new card quick and easy. Thank you Faith.

Sat a the drive thru for 5 mins before I was even helped. I was only there for a cashiers check. The man at the window finally came back and couldn’t subtract $10 from the amount which cause confusion on my end. After causing the confusing he kept insisting I just come inside because I was holding his line up (mind you I was already sitting there for quite sometime). When I returned the withdraw slip he then proceeded to say I didn’t sign it and need to come in, which he could have said prior to sending it back to be “fixed”. It would have took two second to sign the withdrawal slip; but instead he sent the withdraw slip and then had me return it because he forgot to add my cards when he sent it back. In that time I could have signed the slip and returned but he just kept insisting I come inside and he would help me but what would have been the difference. Also it was absolutely no cars in line prior to me pulling up so not sure why my wait time was so long. Will not be returning to this branch, every time I come to this one it’s an issue.

If you like a slow bank, this is the place for you. Long drive thru times 15+ minutes per car and no one to help in a reasonable time. The perfect place for a VERY patient person.

Don't know her name, short, glasses older white female.Every time I go in she harasses me. I once signed a paycheck from my job on the counter directly in front of her and she said that it's not my signature and she wouldn't cash my check until I updated my signature card.Absolutely ridiculous.I think she's a manager.

Poor service and attitude to match. I would agree the Sunset rd and 541 location is much more pleasant to do business at. I'm going to find another bank since customer service seems like a chore at Willingboro branch.

Don't go to this ATM at night! The lighting at this ATM is so low, you have to use your cell phone's light or bring your own flashlight to see the keypad. The green lighting around the machine doesn't help at all. Very dangerous!

I've had absolutely no problem with this branch. I find all the workers to be friendly, courteous, and helpful. So what if the wait is 5 minutes?. There are multiple other options available. You can deposit checks and cash using the ATM machine. You can transfer money between accounts and pay all your bills, including your mortgage online. To me the biggest problem is people who use the drive thru to do multiple transactions and aren't prepared when it's their turn in line. and ask for a pen, deposit or withdraw slip. I always have that done before I get there. In other words it's the customers who make the experience unenjoyable.

Since they bought Beneficial Bank its been a nightmare for every visit, phone call and customer service...WSFS certainty has not provided me w satisfactory service. How dare name your bank after it?
