Sometimes I get a teller who doesn't really know what they're doing, or someone who when I ask for more deposit slips gives me ONE slip and takes my binder clips. Oh well. I'm still gonna go there.”

“Went there to do a quick transaction recently and was shocked when I came in. There was literally a line out of the door, I look to see how many tellers there are for there to be such a long line. To my horror I see only one, Jaylin. I could tell he was stressed taking the line by himself without any help but he was making good conversation and getting people out as quickly as possible. He almost talked me into speaking with a banker to make my money work for me but I was in a bind and needed to go quickly. You would expect the manager or a banker to step in and help the poor guy but relief never came sadly. I applaud Jaylin for his speed and professionalism in such a high stress situation. Hopefully he gets some help soon but the lack of support and missing leadership/management really soured this branch for me. Thanks again Jaylin, hope you get help soon and a raise haha”
