“Needed assistance with a rear window wiper replacement in the snow.
Advance had the replacement for my 2015 Chevrolet Equinox.
After the purchase, Nwil, who was the knowledgeable store associate, also offered his knowledge and akilled assistance in replacing the rear window wiper.
This was quite helpful as I had not ever replaced the rear wiper on this vehicle as I had just recently purchased the previously owned vehicle and learned the slightly different unmount and replacement mounting technique with Neil's help.
We replaced he wiper and wiper boot in the snow while still in their parking lot.
It mounted easily & worked well to clear the heavy snowfall during my trip home, and since and... it is a good wiper quality.
My thanks to Neil and for getting me all mounted up with an effective new wiper and safely back on the road.”

“I'm editing this review to reflect my recent purchasing experience. On a whim, I decided to ask the service manager while I was getting some service done to have my vehicle trade in value looked at and they gave me a number that was significantly more than i was expecting. When I get home, I talk to my wife and she puts the idea in my head to go get the vehicle I actually wanted. When I purchased my vehicle from them a little over a year ago, I was in desperate need of one, so I bought a vehicle that, on hindsight, wasn't really a fit for me. I ended up going back and talking to Malikah again about what options I would have. I was on the road within 20 minutes of the initial conversation. I was at the dealership by 6pm and was out of the door with my new CX 5 within an hour and a half. Now, I get that car dealerships tend to have a stigma of being dishonest, but I've had several car buying experiences at dealerships and this is, hands down the best. I went in knowing what I wanted. They were up front on pricing and what to expect, and I didn't feel like I was being taken advantage of, which is a rare quality among dealerships. Plus, Malikah was genuinely delightful.
I would highly reccomend both Faulkner Mazda and the Mazda brand in general, and if you're in the market for something nice, that isn't has plain or boring as a Toyota or Honda, this is the place for you. I'm on my second vehicle from than in about a year, and, granted, now that I have exactly what I want, I wonr be back for a while, but rest assured, they get first dibs on my business going forward.

“Several months ago Sal fixed my back windshield after a storm sent a basketball hoop sailing thru my back window. He was very patient and communicated with me thru every step of the way. Fast forward to this weekend. On a much more personal and important note. Unfortunately my mother recently passed away and I live on a major road with very limited parking. So I contacted sal to see if we could use the field next to his house. Sal did one better. He removed all the vehicles from his front lot area so that it could make room for my family and friends to park.
