Just purchased our travel trailer there. Great place to buy your RV. No pressure, no hard sell. Walk around by yourself and check out the RV’s with without being hassled. Everyone there was awesome to deal with. Highly recommend! Ask for Dave in sales!

Fantastic experience. Down to earth, no drama, no salesman jockeying to get you to pay more. They gave us an excellent value for our trade and the price of the unit we purchased was also very reasonable. Seamless process, they have lots of flexibility as we needed to leave our new camper there for a few days, they said “no problem”. Great experience overall.

BUYER BEWARE put a deposit on a trailer over the phone called up a few days after to schedule a day to complete paperwork and was told the trailer had been sold come to find out they never actually processed our deposit and pretty much was told we are beat after running our credit and taking a day off work to come complete the purchaseHere is a reply to their statement from the Facebook post I made where they replied the same thingWhite Horse RV Center I did not know don’t try and turn this around when I called Tuesday at roughly 4:15 and put the deposit on the trailer because I was trying to make arrangements to get mine on consignment since your location was only offering me 11k for a 1 owner 2021 bunkhouse camper with a outdoor kitchen and fireplaceYour finance lady never said the hold was only good for 72 hours every other camper place I have dealt with has been 30 days from the date of deposit  i’m not wrong here. Look at my post look how many people are complaining about your location and the way you guys run a business I don’t even have to do this. Your actions show your lack of punctuality and professionalism

We had nothing but a great experience buying our Jayco Travel Trailer White Horse. First from Dave in sales who was very knowledgeable about Jayco’s product and answered all of our questions. Then Maria and Nancy In the business office who made the financing aspect so quick and easy. Lastly Sean who did our walk threw orientation who made sure we knew everything about our new camper. The entire team at White Horse were awesome and I would happily recommend them to anyone and everyone.

This was by far the best dealership experience I have ever had. Starting with Dave who is so knowledgeable, kind, and didn’t apply any pressure to purchase. We of course ended up purchasing our dream camper for an amazing deal from him! Then Maria and Nancy who made the financing aspect so quick and easy to understand, and really working with us to make the deal happen! And then to Shawn for explaining everything about the camper and answering all of our questions. Such a friendly and welcoming team at Whitehorse. I can’t recommend them enough!

The whole experience was wonderful & seamless. Everyone, from my sales rep Bob to financing to Beau in parts & Mike who did my demo was extremely helpful & attentive. There was a last minute switch in my delivery driver and even he was fantastic (Big Al) & thoroughly took his time setting up my new Jayco Bungalow & answering any questions I had. 10/10 would recommend.

Dave Munyan is an excellent salesperson in our opinion. He is a no nonsense, honest guy who wants you to get the best deal he can get you.Nancy was extremely patient, waiting an hour on hold with our auto insurance company to get approval.Marie and Nancy were such pleasant ladies to work with. Our experience was just as pleasant as it was the very first time we bought an RV from White Horse RV.We highly recommend White Horse RV of Williamstown!

White Horse RV center in Williamstown New Jersey has provided me excellent sales service and a well stocked parts department.I have spent 25 years in the automotive service industry and cannot express how happy I am with Phyllis and Pete in the service department . They all ways go above and beyond my exceed my expectations. Pete is a recreational vehicle genius !!!!! Hopefully we can keep this relationship going for years to come. Thank you Guys .Tony D.

Dave our salesperson was awesome. The woman in Financing was great. The woman that showed me how everything worked was outstanding and thorough, but the gentleman that helped us hook up was not pleasant at all. He was the manager I believe. I think he just wanted to get on with his day. The gentleman working for him would have been more than happy to continue helping us. If it wasn't for the poor taste in my mouth as we were leaving, it would have been a 5. Overall I still highly reccomend.
