I was just in the Williamstown, NJ , Wal-Mart. I needed to try on a shirt. All of the dressing rooms were closed. I found an employee. He very politely told me that it wasn't his department, but that I could go to customer service to ask them to unlock the dressing rooms. I found someone else on the floor because the customer service line was too long. He told me anyone who could unlock it is on break or lunch. I walked up to one of the 4 people standing in the front of the store and told them my story and that their day might be better spent helping customers rather than just standing there checking peoples receipts, their phones, or chatting with their friends. It is absolutely ridiculous that not only do we have to find our own stuff and check ourselves out, that customer service has completely stopped on a dime. Is this the holiday season or what? Boo to you Wal-Mart!

please put price scanners throughout the store so we know how much the price of an item is since there are no employees to ask.

I needed to take time off for a anal bleaching Appt but this inconsiderate slum lord of a manager they refer to as "Dave" in the produce dept won't accept any time off when they are 3 weeks in advance. He also scoulds the minorities he works with.. smh Walmart. You can do better.

Waited in pickup for over 1/2 hr. No one answered the phone. They came out checked me in after I called customer service and then brought every one else's stuff out and i waited some more. I tried picking it up on the store and they wouldn't let me. NEVER coming here again.

Forgot a bag at the store so called customer service to ask about it. I was then told to hold for a manager and placed on hold for 10 minutes then hung up on. Called back and customer service was not answering so I pressed the prompts for electronics. They answered right away and transferred me to a manager. The manager then said he'd go check for the bag. Another 15 minutes on hold go by then the phone is picked up and hung up (audibly).

I arrived bere to buy exactly two items. No problem. It was probably around 9 pm. But it all looked like tour basic Walmart. Got into the "less than 20 items" line which was one of only two open lines. Both lines were about ten people long. At the front of my line, there was an issue with payment. The resolution of which was taking forever. When i eventually left, it had been well over twenty minutes and was still being handled. The lady in front of me abandoned her motorized cart and left. Finally another lady opened a much needed register for us. But it took forever for someone to think to do it. Meanwhile, a gentleman, clearly inebriated or on drugs comes sauntering in. He came right to our register because thats where all the employees were congregating to fix the payment "issue". It was scary. My daughter saw the guy in the parking lot and watched as he came in. She called to warn me to be safe and sent my 15 year old grandson in to be with me. I am here on vacation so I dont know where is and is not safe. I am glad to say I wont be back to this particular Walmart. I know Walmarts can be dicey and that they often have fewer registers open than they should. But they should be more careful about the safety of their employees and customers.

Purchase a computer program from this store a few days ago. As my laptop does not have a CD drive, I had to download the software from the website instead of using the enclosed CD. The website and downloading instructions were in the box. Dispite numerous tries the software would not download to my Windows 10 computer. So I returned to Walmart to return the program. Even though I provided proof that the program was not compatible with my system, they refused to accept the return. I wasn't not giving up. Finally about the fourth person I spoke to, had some common sense and could read my proof that this program was incompatible with my computer. I got my refund and have learned a valuable lesson. Never purchase anything at Walmart that you are not willing to just throw in the trash if it is defective.

Cleanest Walmart I have ever been too. An employee helped me with keys and he was wonderful. The only thing I would change is the way the parking lot is set up. I now enjoy shopping at Walmart.

One of the cleanest and nicest walmarts around honestly. It's always quiet and calm in there and the people are well behaved. The don't stock up much though!

Best Wal-Mart ever, especially the bakery. They were very accommodating and enthusiastic in making a Sons of Anarchy cake for my sister in law. I cannot remember the girls name, I think it was Megan or Morgan, but she was awesome. I tried for the same cake at the nearby Shoprite and they acted like it was a hassle. Thank you again for such an awesome cake.

The store is very big and usually very clean. There are hardly any ever crowds even when the parking lot seems packed. There are a few shops inside - hair salon, subway restaurant & auntie Anne's pretzels which is very convenient. The staff and service in the store itself however, leave something to be desired. Not once has a cashier asked me how I was or even remotely smiled in my direction. But with that being said, I would most definitely recommend this location over the Turnersville location.

Not generally a fan of Walmart. When I lived with my parents in Franklinville-- we started going here once it opened. It was so much nicer and quieter than any other Walmart I had encountered. I figured over time it would become more busy and crowded - not really the case. However I must say-- over the time they've gotten lazy or worse at ordering -- when I had went recently many items were sold out.

I had the rudest cashier I have ever encountered at this Walmart. She actually told me she was busy and I should go into another line after I had placed all my items on the belt.. (8:30 am Sunday morning, she was simply filling plastic bags at her lane, while there were already plenty there.) Then she ignored my request to double-bag as i had heavy items. Meanwhile told her I would complain to a manager when we were finished and she laughed. Unbelieveable! This store obviously needs customer service training. Shame on them for such poor management.

What can I say about Walmart that most people don't already know. This location is so much less crowded than any others I've been in. I find it to be cleaner than others but some items seem to take forever to get back in stock when they run out so good luck with finding favorite items. I just wanted to add that since I'm here on a daily basis I decided to join the Savings Catcher program. In the last six days I have added 7 (yes I know, I need another hobby besides shopping at Walmart) receipts and so far I'm able to redeem $7.71 in savings! I haven't actually tried to redeem it yet so I will keep you posted.
