I swear every time I go here whoever is at the desk has a darned attitude! Not to mention you have to deal with shady characters hanging out in front of the place. Listen, If I forget to scratch off the little code at the bottom of a winning lottery ticket, instead of sucking your teeth and rolling your eyes, and shaking your head like I'm BOTHERING YOU , try this "hi! When you bring in winning tickets can you please scratch off the code at the bottom so I can scan it in more easily? Thanks!" It's called basic customer service. There's a million other places to buy tickets and this one will not be one of the places I go anymore. It's one thing if it's only one person being pissy but it's ANY AND EVERY one who is at the desk!

It's an everybody knows everybody place. Sam (and Pete) are ALWAYS friendly and they pretty much know what you come in for!!??? They definitely know their regular customers!!
