We were put in a room where some of the lights in the room didn't work properly and the toilet ran. They did move us.

No where it was mentioned, nor was told to me when I called about shuttle before making reservation that I needed to request for it before it was sent. After waiting for almost 45 mins I decided to call and that was when shuttle was sent.
