The hotel rooms are very comfortable and clean. What stood out though was the customer service. We had the pleasure of meeting Tanya at the breakfast station. She was warm and engaging, with a great attitude while surrounded by messy kids. Five stars for Tanya and the staff!

We had a reservation for this hotel for me and my family of 3. At arrival there was only 1 person in the lobby who was high as a kite, nodding out and falling asleep on top of her computer (which we have plenty of videos to prove it). this lady took my license and credit card inside an office after I asked her if she was feeling ok. 45 min went by, no sound to be heard from her, more customers asking for help but no response. I had to call the cops in order to be able to get my C.C and license back, cops had to bang on the front desk to wake her up. Cant believe that my family specially small daughter had to witness the nonsense. Me and my family had to make phone calls and try to find a decent hotel on a Friday night which was not easy since majority of decent hotels in the area were sold out. we ended up overpaying for last minute accommodations and even though I called the customer service at IHG and after getting a complain number and a police report case number no one from IHG or the holiday inn had contact us. I am a member of IHG for years and this has been the worst experience we ever had with IHG hotels.
Police did inform us of an existing issue of drugs and prostitution in the area.
I WILL NEVER STAY OR RECOMMEND THE HOLIDAY INN MOUNT LAUREL, keep your self and families save and away from this hotel.

Computers were down. Line of 15 people at the counter. No communication from the person at the desk. I went across the street to the Hampton Inn and had a great experience.

The TV was not working when we checked in. They did offer to switch rooms, but we were settled. They fixed it the next day. Breakfast was good. Wish they had something like Smart water for purchase at the front desk. In room amenities are great.

Nice, safe location (we were worried being right outside Philly and unfamiliarwith the area) rooms clean, bed comfortable. The only reason for 4 stars is because they utilize a light switch in the bathroom that automatically turns on upon entering, so if you are a middle of the night user, be prepared to be blinded! Hotel staff was pleasant.
Breakfast was good & has a variety of options.

20km from central Philadelphia. Rather quiet. Clean and large enough room. Very decent breakfast with quite a few choices. Large parking lot.

Wife and I slept well, we stayed for two nights. The only complaint that can be made about room 344 ( second to last door on the top floor, right side of the building) is the flag pole. I sleep with earbuds, but could hear it during thr day. Something was hitting against the metal of the pole it was attached to. High winds yesterday, so that would explain it. Breakfast smelled great, like eggs and bacon kinda breakfast. Didn't try it, woke up to late. The older black gentlemen from Massachusetts who checked us in has a great sense of humor, love that guy.

Perfect location for when I had to stay for training for work. Accessible location to gas stations, and restaurants in the area. Rooms were clean, with mini refrigerator and coffee maker. I love that there is shampoo, conditioner, and body wash prefilled in the showers on the countertop, there’s also lotion. They use dove brand, which is an excellent choice. All rooms have hairdryer, ironing, board, and iron. I love that after staying here twice, for a week each time, both rooms had a couch and sitting area also, which is very nice. Overall great day. Gentlemen at the check-in in the evening and night is super sweet and friendly. Nice breakfast each morning, usually having some sort of egg, either scrambled or omelette, sausage, and/or bacon. Variety of fruits, yogurt, cereal, pancakes. Nicer than a typical breakfast at other hotels. They are living up to the IHG brand. I would definitely stay here again.Safety: The only thing I didn’t care for was the doors seem to be out of level. There are gaps in the side of the door, the safety bar that goes across is very tough to latch, and squeaky. I actually bought a door jam to use as a back up, just in case.
