Very quick and easy return dropoff. The Clerk Samuel was very friendly and polite. Added convenience that it's in Walgreens so I was able to grab some items I needed.

I think my package was delivered to a neighbors address. The tracking information says it was delivered. Nowhere to be found at my home. There's a package that's been sitting on a neighbor's deck since overnight.A female delivery girl with shorts and tattoos on her arm delivered a package to my neighbor and nothing to me. If she delivered to the wrong home she shouldn't have been so careless. The numbers are right there on the front.FedEx won't put a representative on the phone and their claim form doesn't work.I guess I have to go to their office in person. This is cruel when it was supposed to be delivered to my home.

No one warned me of the 55 pound weight limit! Turned away for the 69 pound package, I lugged in the door . . . I asked where the nearest next FedEx might be where I could offload my RockAuto return? The clerk answered "Staples in Turnersville" WRONG - no FedEX (only UPS) at Staples - WalMart to my rescue -3rd try was the charm!
