I had an unpleasant experience at this establishment today. I purchased four Bugleweed plants last week that were beautiful. Returned today to purchase four more and they were a little sun scorched and crispy so I asked if they could be discounted a little. The reply was no this is how the plant looks. I have spent $800 in this nursery as I do each summer because I like to support local establishments, but I will never return again. I understand that they had a right to deny my request, but to attempt to gaslight me and say this is how the plants looks was insulting. I will travel to the big box store where they treat customers with respect.
