I would give Century Water 6 stars if I could. What impressed me was the installer answered ALL my questions with no hesitation.
Efficient & clean workmanship. Unfortunately, I didn't get the installer's name. He should ask for a raise. Don't hesitate employing this business.

Had Century Water out today for our annual equipment check up. The tech was polite and wasted no time. Did a tune up on the equipment, did the water analysis and was on his way. Offered to explain anything if we had questions. As usual, a great job all around.

The lady called me back today when I left a message on their website trying to make appt for the technician to come to my house for the whole house water system. I told her I could only arrive my house 3.30 pm the earliest but she insists the appt window would be 2-4 pm. I explained to her that I couldn't get off my work early without knowing what time would he be my house and need to wait for 2 hours without knowing what time he will be here. She insists she can't give me an exact time. I'm serious about having the whole house water system which would cost me a couple thousands dollar. All of the competitors do better than your company. One of them even just gave me a quote without coming. She can't do any of those. Sorry, your company lost my business if you can't understand that everybody has to work for money, so I can pay for the expensive bill for the whole house water system.

Called and got an apt right away. Dave the technician came out and calmed out nerves with the water softener. He reassured us after checking the system out and gave us signs to look out for. Great company and service! Have been using them for years and plan on continuing

Serviced my 20 year old system that was installed by Century Water. Technician reported "All is functioning Normal" Also gave me a "HEADS UP NOTICE" about next years' service that will probably include a Salt Bin Replacement. Thanks for taking the time to explain. the situation. No Surprises with Century even after 20 years of professional service.

We called Wednesday for an apt and got a technician out in no time! Technician Dave stopped by recently and settled our nerves with our softener tank. He was very informative and told us all the signs to look at for. We have been using this business for years and trust their work and word. Their prices and value are unbelievably reasonable.
