Whenever we visit Wildwood we use Zippy Bikes to rent bikes for a day. We love them! Great team that works here, super kind and friendly, something truly rare these days. My 1.5 year old had his first bike ride this year and loved every minute of it. See you next year Zippy’s :)

Sales associates were extremely knowledgeable, professional, and helpful.They sized the bike for me and made all necessary adjustments while I was there.They even loaded the bike into my vehicle for me.It was the best experience I ever had buying a bicycle!

Ups access point: Although ups say that you can return your package over there by QR code, but they don’t return it buy QR code and you must do it by printing a label paper which cost 5$ there .

I have had a bike repaired (essentially completely re-habbed a 1970s-era Raleigh Boardwalk cruiser actually) at Zippy's, and now purchased a new bike. This place is terrific. The staff is helpful and knowledgeable, and the selection--both in-store and online--is terrific.

Updated my original review. I can no longer recommend Zippys, as they do not stand behind their sales. I purchased a brand new Trek Marlin 5, $850!. I have maybe ridden this bike 15 miles in total and have replaced the rear tire 3 times, at $40 a pop. Well the 3rd time, I replaced it myself. The rim keeps slicing the valve stem. I contacted Trek and they informed me it could be a warranty issue. Why wouldn’t Zippy’s do this instead of taking my $40 at a time to replace a tube? If your choice is Zippy’s or Walmart, go to Walmart and buy a $120 huffy. Will drive out of my way to another bike shop from now on. Wouldn’t take the free air they offer.

I ordered a 27.5 inch wheel , what I got is a 26 inch wheel .
I had major back surgery days before my order arrived .
I am just now getting back to where I can start working on my bike again .

Zippy's sent me a used bike that had been unpacked, then thrown back in the box and arrived damaged. They told me the bike shipped directly from Zippy's and they don't sell used bikes, then told me it was trek's fault somehow. I called daily for a week and got zero help from Zippy's to refund or replace my order. I finally contacted BikeExchange who immediately helped with a return and credit. Would NOT recommend anyone buy from Zippy's! I would happily recommend BikeExchange though.
