Norma was by far the worst floor associate I have ever I counted at our Walgreens in wildwood. There is absolutely no reason for anyone to be that rude to me or anyone else!

I would give 5 stars for the store bc there pharmacy is awesome. The rest of the store employees is a different story. I took a small package to the FedEx counter and was told by the person who waited on me that she couldn't accept it bc there's no room on the shelf. I laughed and pointed to the shelf and said there's room there. She came up with some stupid excuse. I later called her supervisor and she stuck up for her employee but asked me to come back with the package. No way I'm going back there unless it's for the pharmacy only. Read some other reviews bc people had similar issues like mine. Smh

I had a terrorizing experience here as some of the others. I basically was assaulted for trying to use FedEx. My initial call was unwelcomed and brushed aside from the staff member. Then when I visited to resolve Jesus, the manager was equally unwilling to help and was taking orders from his earpiece from the woman who didn't want to help with FedEx and fielded the telephone call originally because of "no shelf space" - there was like 60% shelf available. Then when they finally helped, they slammed or mishandled my order being returned to dell via FedEx - the third staff member like the previous two acted like they were a gang rather than helping. I am probably not going back which stinks because a few of the other staff members are wonderful. In any event I was glad to be able to send back my item and hopefully they fix their lighting soon as well. It flickers and probably contributed to the power outage extensively. I would give a two but no photo to provide for the flickering - its kinda like a steve king thing., I bagel with him and he pays so keeping the one!

This particular Walgreens REFUSED to allow my mother and I to use the bathroom. One “employee” claimed it was not for public use, and the other claimed it was “out of order”. Both are despicable people-and we’re beyond rude. The employees are obviously too lazy to clean the bathroom, and are life zeros. I will NEVER spend another dime in this low rent establishment.

The service in the pharmacy was inexcusable!! My child was very sick and I had to go 4 different times to get his medicine. Each time the service was slow and the employees were short and rude with me. I am normally a cvs customer and they couldn’t get the medicine. This Walgreens service confirmed I belong at cvs!!

I was scheduled to work an event at this store last month. I didn't bring a table because they already had one of theirs in the front of the store ready for me to use. Store Manager Jessica lied to me about there not being a table only minutes after another manager already told me there was one that she was going to the back to bring out to me, and then proceeded to kick me out of her store for no good reason, before I even had the chance to tell her that I was just going to buy a table. Also the client was in the area and was willing to drop one off, but the nasty witch wouldn't let me back in the store. I have no idea what turned her against me so viciously, all I did was say that I was coming to see if the other manager needed help getting me the table, and then asked her how was I supposed to conduct the event with no table, after she got snippy and lied to me again. Discrimination is the only answer. This woman humiliated me, cost me a day's pay, and an ongoing gig .. being she talked to my agency contact and told her a twisted version of what really happened. At the very least I want Walgreens to pay me for what I would've made had I worked that particular event that the manager kept me from working, plus I wasn't just going to let her get away with murder.. so I called Customer Service and filed a complaint, with all me telling them was that the manager kicked me out of the store so that I didn't have to tell the story twice, knowing that the district manager would be reaching out to me. When he (William Lebak) finally did, I told him exactly what happened from start to finish, and he would not accept any responsibility for his manager and her actions whatsoever for me not being able to do the job, and gave me a half-assed apology and that he would speak to the store manager about this... Like anything's going to come of that, if he even does talk to her. Give me a break!!! I am calling Corporate on Monday and telling them what happened and how the district manager refuses to resolve it (he could've easily had Walgreens pay for her actions, which could've been written off as Customer Appeasement, but if it were me I would've made the witch pay for it out of her own pocket!!), and if they refuse to do nothing either, then I'm filing a lawsuit...

Stopped in today, Wednesday and needed info & help with printing a picture & shipping package to fedex. YOLANDA went over and above to help & extremely friendly. Thank you for such a wonderful employee. She made my day.

I forgot my medication on vacation.The pharmacists were so helpful to me in getting the proper amount at an affordable price. Really great store. Very thankful for them and all their help.

I felt so welcomed here. The cashier who cashed me out was incredibly kind and sweet !! She & I share a profound love for hint of lime skinny pop ...I didn't read her name tag & that was my true mistake. I was greeted by another employee, she gave off manager vibes, it brought me joy. I love being seen when I walk into a business.

I bought a 4 pack of a protein drink plus two individual soft drinks. I paid asked the cashier for a bag and she refused saying '6 item minimum'. I was the only one on the check out line, practically no one in the store, and that is the best they can do? Pathetic but if this review keeps one person away from the store that will be good enough for me and I will go to CVS the next time at any location

Got my COVID-19 vaccine shot's at this Walgreens and David in the pharmacy was really good at giving me the shot's and he was a nice guy. And I didn't get any kind of pain when he give me the shot and nothing after.
