I didn’t know you could have a bad experience at a drugstore. Whole store wreaks of something foul. Just go to the CVS next door.

Got a prescription filled from out of state and was met with efficient care. I was able to get it within a few hours of calling and was very impressed by the customer service.

Pharmacy has AWFUL hours. What kind of pharmacy is open 9am-5:30pm Monday-Friday, and closed on the weekends?! My bank has better hours then that!! Absolutely ridiculous!! Don’t get sick at night or on the weekends!!

I was scheduled to work an event at this store last month. I didn't bring a table because they already had one of theirs in the front of the store ready for me to use. Store Manager Jessica lied to me about there not being a table only minutes after another manager already told me there was one that she was going to the back to bring out to me, and then proceeded to kick me out of her store for no good reason, before I even had the chance to tell her that I was just going to buy a table. Also the client was in the area and was willing to drop one off, but the nasty witch wouldn't let me back in the store. I have no idea what turned her against me so viciously, all I did was say that I was coming to see if the other manager needed help getting me the table, and then asked her how was I supposed to conduct the event with no table, after she got snippy and lied to me again. Discrimination is the only answer. This woman humiliated me, cost me a day's pay, and an ongoing gig .. being she talked to my agency contact and told her a twisted version of what really happened. At the very least I want Walgreens to pay me for what I would've made had I worked that particular event that the manager kept me from working, plus I wasn't just going to let her get away with murder.. so I called Customer Service and filed a complaint, with all me telling them was that the manager kicked me out of the store so that I didn't have to tell the story twice, knowing that the district manager would be reaching out to me. When he (William Lebak) finally did, I told him exactly what happened from start to finish, and he would not accept any responsibility for his manager and her actions whatsoever for me not being able to do the job, and gave me a half-assed apology and that he would speak to the store manager about this... Like anything's going to come of that, if he even does talk to her. Give me a break!!! I am calling Corporate on Monday and telling them what happened and how the district manager refuses to resolve it (he could've easily had Walgreens pay for her actions, which could've been written off as Customer Appeasement, but if it were me I would've made the witch pay for it out of her own pocket!!), and if they refuse to do nothing either, then I'm filing a lawsuit...

This place is terrible. Management sucks. Other employees gang up on other ones, and the managers do nothing. I'm tired of feeling unwanted when I come into my place of work. it's not acceptable. No greetings no directions. Worst place to work. Save yourself.

Was in line behind a mom and child (approximately 10 years old) both had masks below the mouth. They went up to the cashier and she not once asked the customer to put the mask on. When I approached the cashier I asked her about it and she said Walgreens doesn't mandate masks and today is her last day for that reason. I asked to speak to a mgr but none were there so someone else came to talk to me. I asked about it and her response was "why bother asking a customer they don't listen ". I told her she has the right to refuse service and all she did was shrug. Meanwhile there is a cvs next door. I will never go to this Walgreens again. If you don't believe in masks go to Walgreens

This Walgreens is a joke!!!! I went to get a prescription filled on Mon. I told the girl who waited on me, if there is a problem , you have my #, have the pharmacist call me. I never got a phone call!!!! I go today, Thurs. morning & was told by the Not at all pleasant pharmacist , so miserable & unprofessional, that he could not fill it unless I wanted to pay $120!! I said, no I don't!!! He then said, arrogantly, I have to call my Dr. & get it authorized. I made the mistake of leaving my empty prescription bottle with him & when I asked for it back, he said he doesn't have it anymore!!!! So, I went back to my place & called my Dr. & told her I need her to call Walgreens , I am on vacation & need my prescription filled. She said, not a problem & called. I went back a third time today & thank you Jesus , I was waited on by a pleasant woman pharmacist this time but who unfortunately told me in order to get my prescription my Dr. needs to get the ok from my insurance Co. I just looked at her, shook my head & said, thank God, I am going home on Sunday!!! I will go to my neighborhood pharmacy , walk in & get my $5 bottle of Prilosec !!!!! I only gave a one star because I needed to write this!!!! I would have preferred 0 stars!!!!

Unreliable and terrible customer service. After 10 days and at least three attempts to get a refill Rx filled, I departed the store without the Rx needed. Save yourself time and energy and utilize a different pharmacy. The pharmacy staff is not of much help or very pleasant.

I use Walgreens exclusively for my prescriptions. I am terribly disappointed in this one in particular. They are situated across the street from an Urgent Care center that is kind of busy during the summer, so why does it close before the urgent care? My hometown Walgreens closes at 10, so I get it, but why would you close on the 4th of July? How annoying! My script was sent over at 8pm on a Wednesday night, they were closed the next day, July 4. I went to the pharmacy at 1130 Friday morning and was told it would be 15 minutes. I said I would wait. The pharmacists came to the window 10 minutes later and told me to leave because my script wouldn't be ready for 30 more minutes. I live 2 minutes away counting time for traffic lights. I got up to my apt and received a text my script was ready. Needless to say, I couldn't start my script until the next day. Bottom line: either hire more staff for the summer and don't close July 4. Don't close earlier than the Urgent Care! And hire people who are nice not people with no people skills. I can't wait to get home to my Walgreens Pharmacy.
