Excellent!! Hospitality Great Value and the best place overall to stay. Biking,swimming, grills,games and pool plus jacuzzi all included. Staff is beyond AMAZING and the owner is the best and now a family member to us. His warm family feel place makes it worth returning year after year. The staff clean non stop. Pet friendly and close to the stores and walking distance to the beach and boardwalk. The best place to stay

Workers are so friendly and even called us while we were driving to Wildwood to let us know our room was ready at 1pm. The pool area had lots of activities for kids and they are dog friendly.

Yes, some of the room is a bit outdated but they are starting to upgrade different things. Despite that, I still continue to stay at this motel every year. The people alone make this place worth it! Love the front desk staff. The pool and hot tub are great and there are many different games options as well as game rentals from the office. Quite a few grills and tables available for use.

We just had one of the best weekends of our lives thanks to All of Our Sandbox “Family” Members with a special shout out to Shiv, the owner, for not only inviting us into his “family” while always providing excellent service, but for the past 10 years where we have created wonderful memories!! ❤️

The great people who work here make up for the old rooms. Everyone was sooo nice. They gave my pup a bowl for food and water and a home made cookie!! They also have a dog bath! I needed help with the internet and the gentleman was really helpful and sweet. It seems like they are trying to update things. The rooms are small, but seemed clean being that everything was pretty old. I want to mention again how great the staff is and thank them for everything!

We were so pleasantly received and greeted by Lorraine upon checking in. I assumed she was just doing her job. Her smile never went away and her service was more than expected! We had a slight issue with our floor and cable, and she had it taken care of so quickly! She really made herself available to us in so many ways. Housekeeper Valerie, also seemed to be so genuine with her service! The room was extremely comfortable. Heater/Ac controlled in the room. Comfy bed and futon, the comforter....felt like a prize! We booked a king deluxe. We drink a lot of coffee and so, we brought with us a kettle but we're so excited to find the room came with a mini fridge, a microwave, two top burners, a toaster, a coffee maker, complete dish set! We actually spent less, eating out and so we were able to keep our meals healthy! Everything was so pleasing, we extended our stay! Will we be back??? The next time we visit Wildwood, I won't even bother with the stress of looking up another motel. This one is the one for us!

I wish there was more up to date info made available online. Boardwalk is the main attraction. Simple bowling alley nearby but many restaurants closed for the season.

Honestly just a solid place to stay. I stopped for a night during a road trip and while the room showed its age, it was clean and comfortable, and I felt safe sleeping there. The staff were friendly and helpful, with a painless check-in and out process. Also, it was affordable.

If I could rate them over 5 stars I would! Management and maintenance were so accommodating and helpful, I’m so glad we chose Sand Box to stay for our trip. Rates are affordable, the rooms are well kept and clean, and the staff are fantastic.

We stay here two years ago and love it. Our dog Heidi love it more. Heidi met new doggie friends and got a lot of pets too. She was able to stay in the AC and watch us if she wanted to. We enjoyed the pool and Hot tub. If we were able, we would come every year. We're coming back this year. Enjoy the time, staff and looking for it soon.

The owner greeted us when my husband and I arrived! Oh this place is pet friendly and the best place! It was so cute that they had a food and water bowl and a special treat for our Yorkie! I would highly recommend Sandbox Motel to all of my family and friends!

Check in went smooth, super friendly and helpful! I absolutely love all they did to welcome the dogs! I’ve never stayed anywhere else like it. I even loved the fact that their stand up showers are toddler friendly, I can fill the tub enough without spilling water over and plug the drain. Cute little kitchenette in our room, perfect if you’re staying with kids. Beds were a good size as well. 100% will be staying here more often. Can’t wait for the summer to try out the pool and grill areas. 10/10 recommend.

Felt like family greeting us! Very kind and genuine! Accommodated all of our needs. Went above and beyond! Very very clean! They even made my service dog feel right at home with a gift, treats and doggy bowls! We love this place and look forward to our return!!
