Sandra in the pharmacy should not be able to scream at customers in the drive through window. Every time it's her there is nothing but issues with pick up. I been picking up there for multiple years and she's the rudest worst employee I've ever dealt with. Please get an employee back there that's an actual friendly human and doesn't scream at customers!

It says here that they are open till 12 am but in fact they do not. I’ve got in emergency and got this Rite Aid to buy required medicaments but it turned out they were closed yet at 11:30 pm.

I recently had a medical condition that required a prescription. I was told that one major pharmacy didn’t carry the drug so my doctor sent it to the next closest pharmacy. The problem there was that pharmacy’s pharmacist did not show up for work that day. Fortunately for me Rite Aid did carry the drug and the pharmacist there was available to help me. I spoke to Gary who could not be more accommodating in helping me thru this medical emergency.I remain disappointed with the other two pharmacies and this is not the first time I have been disappointed by them. And although Rite Aid is a considerable distance for me to travel I will do my best to give them as much business as possible. They still seem to understand people count on pharmacies to be available, to have the necessary drugs to service patients and to meet the critical needs of the public.Thank you for being you and for being there for us!!!!

8 yrs Ive been coming and going from this store and today I go in to refill a debit card and one of the workers ora was so messed up and face expression was not good we come here to spend money now watch someone with a stinking attitude face of u don't like the job find another and Tameka was wonderful always good service from her but M needs to fix herself I was surprised at her smh just looked miserable and it rubs off on others ....?

The person working the pharmacy by the name of Emir skipped over me in line for no reason ( ppl wait in line to be helped in that order!!!! Not for you to just pick whomever you want to wait on!!!!

I would not recommend this place for a covid test. Go somewhere else!! I signed up for a rapid test, got to the drive through and was told, "yeah, we don't do those here". Now I'm several days out and still waiting on my results. Just seems crazy that the turn around time on something SO important is totally lagging. Tried calling the pharmacy several times and no one ever answers the phone.
