She’s knows her market; pricing, zoning, what sold and why others didn’t sell. She is very upfront with you and tells you what the housing market is and not what you want to hear. “Me and my friend stayed here for a few nights and it was great. The location is perfect. You can walk right to the beach and the hotel sits at the beginning of the boardwalk. There’s a few breakfast spots walking distance, close to the stores and gas station. The pool was really nice, bed was comfortable, nice living room area. Overall I would definitely rebook!”
