Maria is friendly and the parking is convenient to the boardwalk, and the beach ⛱️ as well as the rides. This is my goto parking lot for the past 30 plus years it is a family owned lot and the most reasonable one on Ocean Avenue. I encourage you to use the service and enjoy your day at Wildwood NJ.

We have been parking there for over 20 years. Maria and her husband are always nice and pleasant. We have conversations about our families, but I don't know the husband's first name and they don't know our names. We will see them again this year and I look forward to it.

An absolute pleasure to deal with. Very accomodating (AND good prices) when I mentioned I needed overnight parking. If ever back in Wildwoods, will definitely use again and look forward to chatting with Maria again.

Been coming for a couple years now. Maria and her husband are very nice people. They are competitively priced and one block from Spicer Avenue and the Boardwalk. They are usually $1 less than their competitor across the street, although parking on July 4th was $40! When we left, it had gone up to $60. Your car will be safe in their lot

I FEEL LIKE I WAS SCAMMED BY THIS PLACE SPECIFICALLY!!Our experience was sooo different than the other reviews on here. Yes, it is 9 dollars a day and it is advertised on every corner of their parking lot. If you are a tourist, not familiar with the area or staying at one of the (worse hotels more like Motels)Calypso or Quebec is a whole different game for them. Their lack of parking space from those 2 "hotels" I feel makes Maria's Parking take advantage of tourists. It has no signs ANYWHERE...WE CHECKED!! stating that if you park throughout the night you will be charged a $40.00 instead of $9.00 for night parking, I received a call the next day from a security officer who got my number from the tag the MOTEL Calypso gives you to put on your rear view mirror saying I had to come down to Maria's and pay $40.00??? When I arrived and explained to the lady that we had spoken to the night manager at the "hotel" and he said we could the lady quickly turn rude and accused me of wanting to rip her off, she was inconsiderate that we were from out of town, didn't know why we weren't supposed to park there after we were told we could. I offered to pay $9.00 since that's what they charge and it was truly a misunderstanding and I had just explained what had happened but she was having none of it. Although she admitted in front of the "guard" that she saw me parking, she never did put the chain up and that there is no sign stating $40.00 a night charge. She said the best she could do was $30.00 for the troubles.Instead of letting me know I would be charged $40.00 if I parked there she let me and instead waited till the next day. There were no advertisement for an overnight charge (convenient huh). She showed no compassion or care that we were from out of town. Calypso Boutique Hotel had said that we could park there, I explained over and over politely that I wouldn't have parked there had I known It would cost $40.00 or any money for that matter. To future tourists if this happens to you please be aware. There was a security officer who admitted that this actually happens all the time but here was nothing he could do...?? So they also know this is a common problem they allow to keep happening. Makes me think there is some type of scam going on. So just keep a look out with these people. If it quacks like a duck and walks like a duck is...a duck!!!! Hope this review which by the way I told her I would do gives you an insight of what to expect in this area, hope it helps you.

After trying to park and finding zero handicap spaces, I politely asked for the owner. Woman, Maria, introduced herself as an employee and not the owner. I informed her of ADA laws regarding parking spaces. She behaved as if she had no idea that there are laws regarding said information. Returned a week later and still zero handicap spaces. Spoke with male owner and he immediately became rude and verbally abusive. He told me to call an attorney and park elsewhere. They may be $.50 cheaper but I'd rather go to the lot across Ocean Ave. Complaint filed with ADA government office. The fine is $10,000.00 so they may increase their prices.

Friendliest customer service I've ever received in a parking lot! Best prices around too! Only one block from the Boardwalk.

4.50 to park all day until 6pm on a weekday only one block from the boardwalk during the week. That's 50 cents cheaper than nearby places. Theyre right across from the Vintage 60s Stradust Motel about 2 blocks from Morey's pier. Very convient.
