About Landmark Motel
The Landmark Motel is a standard, no-frill Jersey shore motel with a great location very close to the boardwalk, beach, restaurants, and bars. Rooms are described as clean, updated, bare bones, and cozy, getting the job done. Some guests found the beds uncomfortable. The pool area is noted as clean, warm, and very nice, though the atmosphere can be chaotic with loud music. The outside balcony areas are clean with nice seating. Staff are reported as helpful and friendly. Management is tolerant but guests suggest inspecting the room with staff to ensure deposit return. While the motel is dated, it is kept as best as can be expected. Parking is plentiful. It is a pleasant place many would stay at again, especially if booked in advance, though some would not refer a friend.
This place was alot better then where we were before. The service was great except I didn't get to be in the pool long about 10 to 15 minutes because kids took over the pool other then that it was very nice and relaxing

Great place to park downtown without an exorbitant price to do so.

Best place to come. Been coming for 12 years will not stay anywhere eles.
