I had a truly unpleasant experience with the watchmaker at this establishment. Not only was the service rude and disrespectful, but the watch bracelet sizing was done poorly, leaving scratches on my watch. It's clear that the watchmaker lacked the basic expertise to handle the simple job.

I received a defective and overpriced product from this store. The necklace turned out to be fake gold. In addition, the service was terrible and slow. The staff were unhelpful and unfriendly. They didn’t seem to want to assist me at all.

Decided to stop in here I’ve been wanting a herringbone necklace. The guys were super nice gave me a great deal. Made sure I felt comfortable making the purchase they gave me all the info I needed. Def recommend!
