If I could give 0 stars I would. Do not take your kids here for hair wraps or better yet, anything! My family and I were on vacation and my niece wanted her hair braided with a colored piece. The woman working (I wouldn’t even call her a woman) was getting a sandwich delivered when my family walked in the store. She clearly did not want to be bothered with a hair braid, was EXTREMELY rude to my family and even worse during her braiding my four old nieces hair was huffing and puffing saying things like “ew her hair has sand in it” it was absolutely disgusting how she treated my family. Also, don’t bother with the manager because when we tried to let the manager know, they supported their employee. The piece of trash also said to my sister “wash your child’s hair”. They are a business off of the beach on the boardwalk. If you expect children to come in with hair with no sand, maybe open a business elsewhere. Disgusting.

went in to get my septum done the other day. the piercer was weird and insulting and ranted abt aliens and told me I was unoriginal. he bragged abt how he does thousands of septums a day but he couldn't get the placement right... over priced and not worth it. do your research before getting any piercing and please don't get it done on the boardwalk.Service: Nose piercing

This is a 2 part review! First, this place has the coolest trinkets. Next time I would love to spend more time looking. Secondly we wanted to get our daughters nose pierced as a surprise and all of our questions were answered and she went over all the care instructions with our daughter in detail. I definitely recommend coming here to get pierced even though they don’t physically do it at this specific shop… onward to my next review- Oxygen TattoosService: Nose piercing

First of all, the person who did my Henna was careless and did some of the design wrong. It was little, so it looked pretty different. After it was done it was fine. But the next morning after sleeping with clear wrap on it was completely ruined. Meanwhile, they never even told me how to care for it. It had blue ink smeared all over the design and a bunch over my arm. I was able to get some off but still would rate this place 0/5 if I could. Also pretty overpriced

They were apparently very, very, very busy when I called judging by the curt answer I received when I asked if they had any 4 gauge segment rings for a septum. They didn't have anything above a 14 gauge in that style at the time.

Fair warning that all of the piercing shops on the boardwalk are owned by the same person. I went here to get my tongue pierced and the lady that rang me up was a huge b*tch. I had recently turned 18 and was visiting the beach and thought I'd get my tongue done there. BIG mistake. She was incredibly rude and talked down to me. I then show my ID so she can verify everything, and she accused me of having a fake for whatever reason. While I was writing down my info, I look at my ID for a split second and she covers it up aggressively and almost yells at me "what is your zip code" I am very sensitive so this obviously caused me to start tearing up. I answered her honestly, and she accepted it, and I paid. (Very overpriced $140). I was sent to a different piercing shop where the only tongue piercer they had was. On the way there I'm pretty much hysterical and crying my eyes out because a older woman just f****** yelled at me and talked down to me as if I was a child. I compose myself and I get my tongue pierced by a nice man that was very chill and kind! Very very nice! I just wish that the lady was nicer to me :(

Literally the worst Henna experience I’ve ever seen. The artist was asked if he could accommodate the Henna (hand) tattoo my daughter selected. I swear, a second grader with a sharpie could have done better. Tried to charge me 50$ for some ridiculous mess. When I brought it to the front desk staffs attention she told me “I’ve seen worse”. She offered to take 20$ off, when all I wanted was her to remove it. The other sweet artist Caroline offered to fix it even though the front desk lady informed her she wouldn’t get commission. Caroline fixed it the best she could. (Believe me there wasn’t much to work with) we gave Caroline the 20$ they took off in her tip jar. We appreciate Caroline’s attempt to fix… I understand it’s hard to find help but YOU NEED TO BE HELP ACCOUNTABLE FOR THE PRODUCT YOU SELL!!! We let it dry for the entire ride home (2 hour). The product itself is garbage. It will be gone by tomorrow it’s so faint. Not like typical henna at all. First photo is from the “artist”, second is from the beautiful lady fixing (even the the front desk lady didn’t even offer), and then 2 hours later rinsing with water as instructed.

This place is a joke. My daughters came to get henna done as it was the one thing they wanted for the summer. My one daughter went to .. we'll leave his name out of this... and immediately I regretted my decision. It was absolutely terrible. A 2nd grader could have done better with a sharpie. I went to the counter and told the lady 55$ was insane for what we had just received and if anything, please take it off. She didn't offer to have it fixed.. I was told "I've seen worse" and "it's hard to find employees" while she offered a whopping 20$ off. My daughter just wanted it off and I wanted my money back or redone. My second daughter was getting Henna with a lovely girl named Caroline. The lady at the counter walked up to her (mistakenly) and told her to "slow down and maybe your customers will be happy!" My daughter corrected her and said "It was the guy, not her!" And she turned around and walked away. Caroline happily fixed my daughters who's looked like garbage by request of my husband ... even though she was reminded by the nasty lady at the counter that "she can't split the commission". She didn't care, and fixed it anyway. We tipped her well. We Will not be returning. After letting it sit the entire 1 1/2 hour drive home to dry, it's so subtle nothing like other hennas ive seen before. Waste of time and money. We appreciated Caroline's attempt at fixing it. It's not her fault the product itself is garbage.

I would NOT recommend this place AT ALL. I have gotten my tragus pierced 3 times previously and had to take it out because of sports. I decided to get it repierced here and was fine because I know how they pierce it and the pain level. When we arrived the piercer did not have a mask on and seemed to be in a rush. It took him a total of 25 minutes to try and pierce my tragus and it was one of the most painful things I have ever felt. He was shaky, stabbed the inside of my ear with the needle and then continued to get mad at me because I got it pierced 3 times and was questioning why I would take it out which was none of his business. I was crying and ready to pass out because he definitely DID NOT use the right needle and the right technique to pierce this part of the ear. All in all I would recommend just getting a lobe piercing. I dont know if he was new but it was a horrible experience and I absolutely should have gotten a refund. I'd also like to mention the jewelry in my ear IS FOR A ROOK PIERCING!!!! its extremely thick and the exact same as what they use for a rook piercing. He should have his piercing license taken away.

I would give ZERO STARS if it was possible. These people turned us away 2 days in a row. They tried to talk my daughter out of a hair wrap the first night and she of course already had her mind set on it. So they refused to do it that night. We come back today and there was an excuse of the employee needing to go to the hospital to see her dad. This was clearly an excuse and they didn’t want to take the time to do it either night. There is no point having a business that you can’t fulfill services at. There was no sign stating that the person who did them wasn’t available this day just a BS excuse two days in a row. They were very confrontational when we called them out about it as well. We were not happy about this “business” at all. Don’t give them a penny as they could care less about fulfilling their services to you.
