We arrived and they didn't have our two-bedroom apartment ready. They placed us in two different small rooms and they were uncomfortable. My parents felt too cold, there were no warm blankets, the person in charge of reservations is not organized in booking well. Many utensils are missing in the kitchen

Rooms were spotless,staff was amazing,everything we needed for our stay & more!!! My favorite place to stay at the shore!!!
