Super cute! The place is spotless, well maintained and literally a block from the beach. We have two teen boys so it's a great location at the end of the boardwalk and the start of the crest.

In the summer of 2023, we arrived at what initially seemed like a pleasant place. The receptionist kindly gave us a tour, which was thoughtful. However, upon entering our room and lying down on the bed, I immediately noticed a strong musty mildew odor emanating from the pillows. It was reminiscent of the smell you get from old, damp towels. Initially, I didn't think much of it, but when I called the front desk to request new pillows, I was met with resistance. The person at the front desk insisted that the pillows were new and couldn't possibly smell. After some back and forth, they reluctantly agreed to replace only two out of the six pillows in our room. I believe this person was the owner or manager, as she was always present. I was taken aback that she would argue with me about something as straightforward as the smell of the pillows. When I returned the pillows to her, she took them to the back room and returned with two replacements that, to my dismay, still had the same musty odor. When I mentioned this, she maintained that they were clean. Rather than continue arguing, I decided to resolve the issue myself. I took the pillows back to the room, discarded them on the floor, and went to Walmart to purchase four new pillows. To this day, I still find it baffling how she could argue with a customer about such a clear issue.

Will definitely stay here again! The place is immaculate. They have put a lot of love and effort into keeping rooms looking so nice. The service was great and everyone was so friendly. Highly recommend!

This place is a gem. The rooms were extremely clean and well kept. The pool area is wonderful and the kids loved it. The service is fantastic. Valerie checked us in and gave a quick tour. She was very friendly and extremely accommodating. There was no nickel and diming. If we needed something Valerie was able to help. Just a great place overall. Will definitely recommend and stay here again.

I honestly didn’t know what to expect from this motel but seriously don’t be fooled by the word “motel.” Stayed here for 6 nights at one of their suites that had a kitchenette. Would definitely stay again! Location is great and the staff was always available if you needed any help. The beds are a bit rough as far as comfort but they are clean. If you’re sensitive to this, bring a mattress topper. They provided enough pillows so I was able to adjust. The location is further from the main Wildwood boardwalk but I didn’t mind walking. You’re closer to the far end that did have your basic boardwalk food, snacks, and arcades - just none of the rides. There are some great eateries nearby as well that’s walking/biking distance. The pool area was also clean. Stayed after the Labor Day craze so it wasn’t too crowded and I appreciated how they spaced out their guests. Some places really don’t think or care about that.

I don't think I can fit all the good things about this place in one post. Long story short. I'm here with my wife and 5 year old and it's the most immaculate "Motel" I've ever been too period. The vibe is so calm and relaxing you'll think your further south. Valerie and her family are on their A game. From the minute I walked in I was greeted with a big smile . She remembered our phone conversation vividly. They had our room ready before check in. She personally made sure the room was in tip top shape before the rest of my family entered. The pool is the best they even have a small section for the little ones and it's open until 8 p.m. Rooms are all updated, and I have to emphasize the "CLEANLINESS". WE stood in the Family suite pool side and it's perfect. You can smell when something is clean. The nose never lies. I read reviews but didn't believe a place this clean was at Wildwood no offense. I've had over 5 thuggish experiences at Wildwood hotels for grands$$. HUGE SHOUT OUT TO Erica for keeping the rooms top knotch. I will be a repeat client. Maybe a Condo next time with the rest of my older kids. All n all I was treated very kind. Also My dread locks felt invisible... says a million.. Great feeling, great place, great family.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

This motel exceeded my expectations. The rooms were clean and spacious. The pool, walkways, and other common areas were also very clean. Plenty of parking was available when we returned each evening. The staff was friendly and attentive. The only con for my group was that the beach, although walking distance, was not a little closer. As we were traveling with 2 small children (under 2 years old) and 1 adult with a mobility disability, it was a bit inconvenient. Even with this in mind, I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again!

This was really clean and nice it was a two min walk to the board walk and beach… the rooms were nice and the pool was good and they have parking under the hotel and on the side. Definitely recommend staying here it’s much nicer and more newer than other motels on the shore.Rooms: The rooms are clean and great.Nearby activities: Everything restaurants, biking, beach, boardwalk.Walkability: Walking distance from everything!Food & drinks: Restaurants are all around and walking distance 2-5 min walk which is great!

I only have one complaint but of course it’s a huge problem. My husband was going to the car and the owner started flipping out on him that he didn’t belong on the property. The owner was racially profiling and didn’t realize we were actually paying guests.Once my husband clarified that information, the owner proceeded to say they often have people who steal from the property and their guests! That was quite comforting knowing we had our young children with us. He also never apologized to my husband! The owner’s daughter caught my husband on his way back to the room and apologized. Needless to say we won’t be back!Floors are sandy inside the rooms and the balconies are shared with all people on the floor.
