The apartment was excellent and the building is kept clean. The landscaping was carefully kept neat.
A big repeat problem though: the shower hot water from the whole building management was a pain. I'm here for the third time and exactly the same problem. Too many limitations on amenities that close earlier than neighborhood and no grills earlier than 12:30pm or later than 6:30pm ... Not a very friendly staff.

Very awesome place to stay! People are very kind and the rooms are very well taken care of. Amazing beach and boardwalk. Great place to stay for a summer vacation with friends and/or family. Private pools are included and the ocean is very fun to swim in. 10/10 would recommend to anyone interested in an amazing place to stay for a week or two!

Very nice community for renting if you are in the Wildwood/Cape may area. They have lots of pools, tennis courts, a playground, great beach apart from the massive sewer pipe leading into the ocean. But minding that it’s very great, amazing with kids too. Lots of types of condos or town homes to choose from and the area is great with the board walk 2 miles crab house and the Washington street mall.Nearby activities: Two mile crab house, the boardwalk, Washington street mall (outdoor), cape may airport museum and restaurantWalkability: Side walks and bike lanes EVERYWHERE

Truly an Amazing family fun beach resort /weekly rental. This summer was my first visit here or any beach resort in the northeast. Stayed 3 days and it was just as good or better than South Florida resorts I’ve visited . Worth the investment in yourself and your family to stay a week .

This was an excellent choice for our extended family reunion. Properties, rentals, and facilities were all in great shape and good repair. The amenities were terrific as well.Only annoyance was the expansive list of rules and up-charges. Overall, it was a great experience—lots of great family memories and photos. The beach was one of the best I’ve seen!

My son recently dropped his new air pods and it looks like one of the workers picked them up. After 4 pm the AirPods came up in pleasantvile nj. It had to have been an employee working the grounds area, not someone staying there. Please watch all of your belongings while staying there.

Beautiful place that is clean and nicely maintained. If you don't have young kids and are looking for a quiet place close to the beach within a short drive to the boardwalk, this is really nice. If you have young kids and want the boardwalk experience, this isn't the best option. A LOT of rules. Not saying that's bad, but something to consider.

It is the nicest cleanest friendliest place you ever want to rent. It has all the amenities the condos are beautiful well decorated They have everything you need at your fingertips. You have three jacuzzis outside You have three pools beach You have indoor outdoor pools indoor jacuzzis saunas. A couple of steps and you're on the beach It's so beautiful. Excellent staff 24 hours security.. This is definitely a five-star rating place very private It's like being in a paradise..

We been staying at Seapointe Village since 1991. That is 30 years. We've rented townhouses, condos in The Gardens and now and most currently in the South Beach building. We love the atmosphere, the beautiful large and clean beaches and all the amenities such as the pools, Jacuzzis, fire pits, etc. It feels like a resort in Florida with all the beautiful gardens and palm trees. We highly recommend this lovely resort for couples and families.

Beautiful place the grounds are well kept they have tons of Amenities three large pools and the beach is walking distance they also have Umbrella rentals with a snack bar on the beach.
