Great hotel. Amazing staff and amazing rooms. The cost is what you would expect for the area. The TV in our room could use a major upgrade (it was very small) but not sure how many people watch TV while vacationing.

Very clean and nice. Great friendly staff. Great location. Very nice rooms. It had a great view of the beach and ocean from the balcony.

The rooms are beautiful but to cramped. Also the mattresses are terrible! This hotel is much more updated than the other shore hotels I have stayed at. It's also a bit of a walk to get to the water.

Nice quiet location to relax on the beach etc rooms clean nice staff and of course right on the beach food excellent.

We've been staying at Pan American for at least 8 years now for the Fireman's Convention. This year our room had towels with holes in them and they usually supply coffee which they didn't do this year. I know you can do better Pan American especially for the price.

What an amazing resort. Wildwood in general is a gem in the southern coast of New Jersey. The hotel is like stepping back in time. Very clean, friendly staff, clean rooms.

Great location, clean, good restaurant but extremely overpriced for the value. Our room was small, the outlets were covered by furniture, no data charging outlets anywhere, maids were a bit stingy with towels. Will not be staying here again.

Very nice,very accommadating,but you still have that slight tingle in your gut that maybe you spent a little too much,like when Mom sent you to the store for a loaf of bread and gallon of milk and you didn't bring her back the right change.

Our family has been coming to the Pan AM for a few years now several times a year. We enjoy the staff and the rooms and location.Unfortunately on our last trip the entire island of Wildwood suffered a complete power outage due to a electrical fire at a substation. We kept searching for updates on power restoration and found none. Then late afternoon we received a ominous text that if power wasn't restored by 7:30pm we'd have to vacate the hotel. We had to scramble to find other accommodations which we did in Cape May and at 6pm the power was restored. We had already packed up and had to go down 4 flights of stairs in the dark, NO EMERGENCY LIGHTING IN THE STAIRWAYS, which I believe is against code, then they didn't want to refund the additional 2 days we paid for and offered a credit. That's bad business. Sad to say we probably won't be back. The lack of safety precautions is a must for me as I am a disabled veteran.

So many memories here. We would come as a family (extended) every summer. The updates are lovely. The staff is very accommodating & friendly.A couple things that should be noted.How do you not have a charging station for devices in the center lamp of the room or else where? We really had to search for outlets and move furniture? They have easy access for USB’s in most every hotel these days. Other then that inconvenience the room was cozy & clean.We could not believe how freezing the hallways were leading to the rooms were day & night. They are just running & running blasting cold air. Late at night coming back to the hotel not many people in sight, temperatures drop, Is it necessary to run it so cold ? The lobby as well a couple times so uncomfortable, I went outside to wait to be picked up. I understand keeping it cold for guests during the hottest month but it was ridiculous. My husband and I remarked how high the electric bill must be. ?We were coming back from dinner enjoying the lighting from other properties, heading towards Pan Am we could barely see it? Why isn’t the globe lit up that is the staple which sits directly on the top of the property? Strange.

Excellent rooms BUT WAY OVER PRICED! Very clean and great service but one of the highest priced hotels in The Crest. They will raise the cost with no announcement. Sadly this hotel has now been reserved for the rich only.Noteworthy details: The hotel is not reasonably priced at all. The Morey family forgot about the middle class and how Will Sr. was part of that class. So sad.
