One of the worst hotels I ever stayed at.Four of us went for a long Labor Day weekend,we were all fooled by the website. The hotel obviously has never been updated ,all the seals in the windows are broken so they all look stained.It had a microwave from the80s, a very old coffee pot with no coffee or cups. The beach side cafe was dingy and old, and the food was awful and the service was terrible.For a non smoking hotel the hallway always stunk of pot. They gave us a pool view. It was so loud you could not sit on your balcony and enjoy and relax. Needless to say, none of us would return and I would suggest lookingElsewhere.

Went on a whim for a "B&B" midweek deal, gotta say, all of the staff, efficiency rooms are bright-cheery and clean!! Joyful vibes and location!! always make you feel special.

This is our 3rd stay at this hotel, but our first true beachfront rental. The view did not disappoint! Our room was clean, comfortable and spacious. But it's time for some TLC! The handle to the sliding door broke off due to corrosion. There were tiles on the suspended ceiling that need replaced. The sofa fabric was stained. It's nothing that would prevent me from staying again as we've had great experiences in the past, and none of those "issues" were a deal breaker this time. The front desk staff was kind and helpful. The housekeeping staff were always friendly and provided service when requested.

Went w 2 couples for sit down breakfast. Absolutely the worst coffee and food I've ever had in a restaurant/cafe/cafeteria etc. Coffee was cold, asked for fresh cup/pot thinking maybe it was just not fresh and was given a new pot for the table and the young man let me know that "when you put milk in your coffee it will make it cold"! REALLY????!!! No, when you serve sold coffee it will be cold. The corned beef has was hard on one side, like a pancake on my plate ...Absolutely disgusting. Whole wheat toast so cold the butter didn't melt on it. The sausage "patty" was approx 1/4 inch thick... I have no idea what these newer owners are thinking, but I should have walked out after the coffee comment. We all agreed, never again. You have lost long-time customers. Horrible

We stayed at El Coronado Resort over Memorial Day weekend. With it being our family's first time at the shore, we were pleasantly pleased with the place. Although the parking lots/spaces are small, we were at a good location that was not crowded and a good driving distance to the center and amusement park area of the boardwalk. The pool looked like a nice place to hangout with lots of guests being there that last time we went.The resort itself was actually nice and clean, due to the recent renovations they had. We stayed on the fourth floor and had a great view of the beach and of the town. We were able to walk to a local eatery that took us a nice 15 minutes.

We stayed at El Coronado Resort over Memorial Day weekend. With it being our family's first time at the shore, we were pleasantly pleased with the place. We have stayed at this hotel many times before and it's always been a very pleasant. Stay .. Its on the beach & the pool is ok , but this very last last stay last week was not so great. The bathroom is unsafe , there's no safety bar , I almost had a bad accident when i slipped luckily I was able to grab to shower door to break my fall , the shower head is awful and they now charge shaded areas by the pool , two chairs $40 plus tax, one table with chairs a whopping $75 plus tax. This is absolutely ridiculous , to charge people to sit in the shade ..in addition to the above the cleaning service was awful. They didn't clean the room or vacuum didn't leave shampoos or paper or soap they only came to pulled up the sheet and fluff the pillows... we usually book a trip every year , my next trip I will be shopping for a new place ... very disappointed ...!

It’s so beautiful here, excellent rooms, fantastic people here and everything is in excellent condition. The owners and staff are so friendly and helpful, and accommodate their guests. There are events every day at the hotel that are so excellent! Not to mention the hotel it LITERALLY right on Diamond beach. The view is breath taking and their pools are amazing. Their jackuzzi is great, I love it in there. They have areas like a gift shop, an arcade, an outdoor lounge area and plenty of parking and a restaurant that great. The pool area has a BBQ area for self grilling, the staff is on too of the areas cleaning for maintenance always. They are so wonderful. Kid friendly and did I mention a phenomenal staff that is dedicated to their guests. Love this place. We had a difficult year, we needed this vacation so much. Rented a 3 bedroom room for 2 families. They did finally upgrade the furniture and kitchen. Pool and hot tub were very nice. They provide parking, but only give 1 pass per room so despite the fact we had such a big room, it didn't matter as per policy ?♂️. Cafe food was good but service isn't good at all.

The rooms are on the older side and outdated. Mold on curtain and the bathroom sink was barely hanging on the wall. Got woken up at 3am with fire alarm. Some parts of the hotel had no fire alarm, where my sister was. Not many activities and pools were really crowded. Parking was a bit of a problem as well, hard to find. The parking garage is so tight to park. Will not return

Oceanfront resort hotel. Very large pool in comparison to others in this area. Plenty of chairs never had a problem getting one at any hour, which was one of the main reasons we switched to this hotel this year. Our room was practically oceanfront we had an excellent view from our private balcony on the 6th floor. The beds were very comfortable I slept peacefully every night. Never heard our neighbors or hallway activity which was also a plus. Housekeeping was different every day. Sometimes the bathroom trash was emptied, sometimes they vacuumed. Not a deal breaker as we were neat and clean anyway. (The kitchen and recycling was always emptied.) Overall very family friendly movies by the pool at night 3 times a week, DJ during the day was fun. The staff is friendly, courteous and helpful, restaurant on site owned by Sals pizza in town, is a plus as it was always on our go to list. Breakfasts were plentiful, with large portions. We've been coming to Wildwood Crest for 30 years but this was our first time here. The El Coronado is a step higher than the neighboring 2 story motels with amenities for the whole family, without ruining your budget. We'll be back. It was a really nice 5 days spent at the El Coronado . Get on their email list for specials.Noteworthy details: -Bring your own coffee filters and coffee.-Bring ice cube trays so you have ice for every day in your cooler.

Location is def good but service was horrendous. Young kids that could care less. Spending 3k on a stay and have everyone blow you off or be flat out rude is never fun. Rooms are extremely dated. Two bedroom suite and the kitchen area is super small with a tv from the 90’s. No coffee no real perks for spending that money. Spent 80 on a pool cabana and not one person even came around. Couldn’t get drinks or food. Just a shame - great spot on the beach but never stay here. They don’t care that you are there and could not have been more rude.

I wish I could do no stars. This is by far the most unprofessional hotel I have ever dealt with. DO NOT BOOK HERE. THEY DO BAIT AND SWITCH ON ROOMS. They are not accommodating at all and called us to change our dates because our room wasn't available as it was online. I spoke to the manager who was as helpful as a corpse. I have stayed in this area multiple times and never treated this way. THIS IS FOR THE OWNER, CHANGE YOUR WAYS, CONSUMERS WILL NOT STAND FOR THIS. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!
