My eye is doing well only took Tylenol once after the surgery only felt a little annoying for a few days and now can't wait till the other eye is done.

Great service, nice doctors. Just had a problem with my eyes staying dilated for 7 hours after the drops were put in. Next time I'll have someone drive me.

I have always had good service with Dr Pan. However on this visit there seemed to be a problem with the lack of staff. I arrived at 10 o'clock for my 10:30 Appt. and wasn't seen till 11 o'clock by tech, another 30 min for Dr Pan, departed 11:50 am. I think if you can send this survey to me, a message could have been sent that gave me an option to arriveLater or reschedule the appointment.Just a thought!

The SightMD Whiting office is run very efficiently. I walked into the office for my appointment on time and only had to wait literally two minutes before I was called in. The assistant did all the necessary testing and measurements before the doctors exam, and before I knew it, Dr. Athwal was examining my eyes. I was in and out in about 35 minutes. It might have taken a bit longer if I was being tested for a new prescription, but my eyes were stable and I didn’t need stronger lenses. I’m very happy to have a competent local ophthalmologist.

My appts. Are always on time. Everyone is very friendly and thorough with the eye exam. Dr. Pan is the best-so friendly also. She explains every test to me on every appt. All the workers are wonderful❤️❤️

My experience today was very positive, beginning at the reception area, managed efficiently by Diane and Shirley, who were pleasant and professional. Although there were many patients in the waiting area, I was seen promptly by the technician and by Dr. Pan, both of whom were professional and friendly. My visit was pleasant. The staff at this office is very organized and the patient flow is handled with ease. Very impressive.
