Tried to call three times to get an appointment. Each time I was placed on an extensive hold and eventually had to hang up. The last time I was about to hang up when someone finally got back on the phone and she was so rude. Decided not to make the appointment and will go elsewhere.

Absolute worst receptionist / appointment scheduler I have ever dealt with. Total attitude and worst customer experience I have ever experienced. If I could give it a negative 5 stars, I would. Since when do you loudly argue and yell at customers?
