If I could give it ZERO I would. Never have I stood somewhere for 5 min while 3 able people could have greeted me or pretended to try. Go elsewhere.

They are supposed to be open until 4 pm on Sat. Today I got there at 3:40 and the door was locked. This is the third time this has happened. Any other business you are expected to work until the end of your shift. They have lost all my business which is a lot and I will report this.

I had a package I was waiting for. The carrier indicated they delivered the package. I went to my mailbox to retrieve the package in less than 10 minutes on a very quiet road. There was no package from the USPS for my purchase at the mailbox. Its obvious the mail carrier kept the package. The Postmaster was very belligerent and literally told me there was nothing he can or will do about it. I am filing a complaint with the Postmaster General.

They do not answer their phones . Mail delivered to wrong address or returned to sender as undeliverable two months later even though address and zip were correct. Media box with important items was shown as sent from Jersey city facility to whitehouse post office but they had no information and it never arrived.This post office had good service for many years but about 2 years ago as all staffing and delivery people changed it has gone totally downhill.

Cannot get through to them on phone no matter what day or time of day. Mail was returned to my bank in an empty envelope with personal documents removed. Mail was not forwarded to my winter address within a reasonable time. Received a bill dated from late December and received in April!!! I could go on and on.

Went here today. No customers inside at the time I went. Employee came out and never looked at me; said hello. Just said, without ever looking at me: "what do you have?". My 3 packages were clearly on top of the counter. I said: "these". I figured he had no interest in me at all so why show him any. He scanned each package, looking up but out the window and never towards me, as if trying to not make any customer service interaction with me. He then mumbled something when he finished scanning the last package, and I only could understand one word of the mumbling: "receipt". Rather than bothering him by saying "what did you say?", I figured it out that he needed me to click on "print only". He finished, never saying thank you or goodbye goodbye or any word. Just walked away. It's amazing how desperate the Post Office is finding any potential human beings to work there. My question is: if my packages are already labeled from home, and all I need is a receipt with the tracking info, put a machine inside every post office so we can perform this task ourselves. I certainly don't need to have someone else provide me the privilege of their stellar customer service. It's amazing how we have all decided to settle on the above type of "service" wherever we go now.

Called to say that my mail was not delivered yesterday - Amazon said package was delivered then by USPO, but it hasn't arrived. Phone menu was long, outdated, and irrelevant. Waited on hold for 10+ minutes (they said 6-8) and then gave up.
