Do yourself a favor and go direct to UPS or to a FedEx location. The location says that they are not responsible after the package leads its doors. UPS says that they are not directly affiliated with the ups store, and the corporate entity of UPS Store won't provide any help other than an endless hold.

I just left this store and I have to say the kids that work there are fantastic. It’s a few minutes before closing and they were so patient with some confused customers in the store. Well spoken, patient, respectful and successfully helped all the customers. Great customer service!

After a bit of a scare when one of my three packages were not scanned into the system upon arrival at the UPS Edison hub, the tracing system did its job and all ended well. The staff was understanding and they offered all avenues of help. I was grateful to encounter the owner of the store who really took the time to help get us through a tough situation. I really appreciate good old fashioned service ~ this place gets it.

Manager of the name of Sebastien needs customer service training. I offered an opinion on how two boxes might become one to a fellow patron when I was told, verbatim, “I don’t care how you do it, it’s not how we do it.” Thousand different ways to correct my suggestion without being arrogant and dismissive.Interpersonal skills are not in his wheelhouse. Rude, condescending individual with callous tone and nature.A worker I might expect this from, not someone with manager on their chest.Use a different hub, UPS is normally pretty good.

I have never come across a more arrogant manager in my life then Sabastian. He was negative right off the bat when I brought in my item to ship and then to quote me 185 for ground ship to Iowa and that doesn't include insurance! I told him other UPS stores can work with me on price giving me different options but he was absolutely stuck with his number and that was that. No room and no other options. So I walked out. Store was empty the whole time I was there. I wonder why? UPS makes it impossible to run a business with their extreme pricing. And this manager needs training on how to have better people skills!

I've used many ups stores in my life. I don't remember one this unfriendly. I would travel before coming back here. I was making friendly conversation today with David, that met with a just plain rude snappy remark as he laughed at me. Until I asked his name of course. Find another UPS store this one doesn't deserve friendly customers.
