“Had a plug fail on a Sat. First called Mavis who said to bring it in, which I did and was told, rudely they only plug not patch. Left and went to see Gary at B&T. He was able to patch it and have it done the next day, Sunday. Thanks Gary to taking the time to get it done, and for a reasonable price too!”

“I brought my Ford Maverick in with a screw in the left front tire.
Was in a hurry to have the tire repaired as I had a doctor's appointment in an hour.
They had the tire fixed and I was on my way in plenty of time for my appointment.
Did not get their names but the two guys behind the counter are the type of people that are a pleasure to deal with.

“By default, after an accident in Flemington, my car got towed here. I was not getting my car repaired here ultimately, but I needed to deal with insurance and arrange for another tow. The woman in the office was extremely helpful, letting me sit at her desk and use her phone to make necessary arrangements. Then she got on the phone with insurance to finalize arrangements, and she helped me with the necessary paperwork to present to my insurance company. I am extremely appreciative of the kindness and assistance in a stressful situation, when I was not even their customer. Good customer service is rare, but Art's had mastered the "art" of helping the public.”

“I have to share what an amazing person/manager Shawn was at the voorhees BJs on route 73. He was so kind, so understanding he truly helped me in that moment with such grace and I couldn't be more thankful. The situation I was in late that evening with the confusion on orders and times. But Shawn came to the rescue and i just went to give him such a huge shout out! To the rude guy at the front who screamed at me for no reason as I explained myself to the lady standing there as I walked in trying to make long story short and he was the meanest that I legit was held back tears and didn't respond because he's my elder. “American Tire is an authorized U-Haul Rental dealer. I booked a U-Haul and American Tire was the authorized pick-up location. I arrived at American Tire and the U-Haul did not start I was on the phone with U-Haul for over two hours. The U-Haul representative told me that there was no truck available and I’d have to go to another location. This was about 8 o’clock at night and thankfully the owner of American tire Donna was working late on a Friday night and seen me outside and asked if there was anything I needed help with. She immediately called her husband Chris and made him aware that of my situation the owners of American Tire made sure that I had another U-Haul right away. The customer service provided by the owners of American Tire was top-notch, even though the onus of responsibility was on U-Haul. However, American Tire assumed responsibility for U-Hauls negligence. I’m very impressed at American’s Tire level of customer service. I was impressed with the customer service of American Tire down to the cleanliness of their bathrooms. Thank-you Donna and Chris. I even recommended American Tire to my mom; a place where she can not only rent a U-Haul and get her car serviced. Donna’s customer was so outstanding I would feel completely comfortable sending my 65 year old mother there alone to get her car serviced without that uneasy feeling she is being taken advantage of.”
